we ordered kadhai chicken for main course and found a big piece of plastic in it. i did not expect such low hygiene and safety standards from such a fine dining restaurant. would not recommend or come here again, it was such a disappointment and traumatising experience.

the food was delectable but the packaging was shoddy. the container for the curry should have been secured with a tape. there was a spillover and some of the curry was plastered all over the inside of the bag.

very disappointing , i paid top bucks for my order and bungalow is one of the best and i couldn't believe how bad my food was.
bungalow should really do a quality check before sending out their order.
i wanted to cheer myself up by ordering from here and it didn't help.

once you enter bungalow, it is very difficult not to get impressed by the ambience, which definitely is their high point. sadly things go downhill from there, and pretty steeply. the staff is lethargic and disinterested, food is below average in presentation as well as taste and service is pathetic. and obviously not a kid friendly place. definitely not visiting this place again.

great place with fantastic location and nicely done interiors. staff was very polite and helpful! food was very fresh as hot but taste was average and portions were small. dessert was extremely disappointing, overpriced and flavourless. they did give us an extra brownie to make up but it was just as bad sadly.

this place has excellent food, but repeatedly bad service.
seasoning arrives 30 minutes after pizza arrives, no chutney is served with kababs, it arrives once all kababs are cold.
beer reaches you once it has decently warmed up.
seems the staff has no interest in maintaining quality of the place.
in one word, this place is "mismanaged"
hope the management sees this and takes preventive action.

loved the cocktails - mojito ( includes white wine) and tequila lips ( best )
food - veggies dumpling and peri peri pasta
food quality, cocktails were best. however, i am not giving 5 star as there were not many options available for beer including bedweiser, kingfisher

the flat noodles were bland with absolutely no salt.
the katsu curry and khao suey were awesome!

the service is pathetic. not even water was served despite of asking twice. my pizza turned cold but i didn't seasonings for good 10 minutes. the only part they were quick at was to raise the bill and take service charge for their non satisfactory service. once again at the end inspite of asking for mouth freshener no one listened and the waiters and the manager just disappeared somewhere. the mocktails that i ordered only had ice in it. absolutely unpleasant experience

it's a great experience. the ambiance is very welcoming and charming. amazing food and service. staff is quite friendly, specially gaurav who served us.
