great food and people. made a return visit to this great restaurant. we had our standard order of knuckles and bread sticks and tried a gramma's pizza made to order. just as promised and expected it was amazing!!!! the staff is kind and welcoming and make every trip enjoyable. so far we have had knuckles and bread sticks everytimeand they are always great. we had the brooklyn-queens expressway on our first visit and it was amazing too.

wow! my first visit but i had a great lunch. first the waitress asked if it was my firsttimethere, she sweetly twisted my arm to accept a complimentary order of garlic knuckles, (fresh baked breadsticks in a garlic sauce). during lunchtimethey serve pizza by the slice. i didn’t realize the slices were as big as my head when i ordered two. the pie? good new york style, a great bite.

craziest business model! they don't sell pizzas by the slice after 4pm but yet they do on their food truck. that's like false advertising for the store and a way to lose a firsttimepotential customer.

good for the dead !!. so we are heading home and made a stop in greenwood in, we are from milwaukee wi where pizza is out of this world because of the italians there, we love our pizza. so we decided to eat at this pizza place they call brozinni and it was cold enough for dead bodies as in the morgue , pizza was good , very good crust also , when one orders a pizza just get the park, canal , or what ever you like , but do not get 1⁄2 & 1⁄2 of 2 different kinds for you could of went to the store and bought your self 2 nice size steaks to cook
one could go across the street and do some shopping for things because of the sloooooow service, very poor in service but if you are retired then you havetimeto order a pizza here. in my opinion take some winter coats & blankets to enjoy your meal or just take it home you know to go!

saturday night, no delivery drivers?. i just attempted to place a delivery order to a nearby hotel, where i work at the front desk. katie explained to me that they were still attempting to resolve the issue of their delivery driver not showing up. i imagine this issue has been going on for a couple hours now since they advertise that they start delivering at 4pm. regardless, my experiences with their delivery service have been very poor to say the least. the lasttimethe order took 90+ minutes, but at least it arrived. in the future, i'll be very skeptical to suggest anything more than their dine-in or carry-out services to any of my guests. they should probably just do away with their delivery services until it can be better managed.

we have had brozinni many times, dating back to soon after they opened. the canal street being our favorite (supreme). sadly, we have noticed a general decline in the pizza over time. the lasttimewe had a pizza from there, there were maybe half as many toppings as they once had and the crust was very chewy. overall, it is still pretty good pizza and i like going there for lunch (big variety) but i wish it was as good as it once was.

good pizza. we ordered two pizzas to go to have during the colts game. the deluxe pizza was quite good and i especially enjoyed the spicy sausage. the bacon and pepperoni pizza was also good. the crust was a little on the chewy side but that was only after the pizza had sat around for a little bit. we will definitely go back.
update 5/04 - we went back to brozinni and had a canal st (deluxe) pizza. it was even better than the firsttimewe went there!

poor customer service. love the food! really has a great thing going in what they serve - the problem is the staff and the inconsistency of preparation. you never know if your order is going to be right whether you eat in or carry out (most of thetimeit isn't). ladies behind the counter are not friendly at all. they never smile and rarely say please or thank you. it's not uncommon to come in during the evening and the wait staff is usually sitting around talking to each other. i've been eating here since they opened and i keep coming back because of the product. this place could be absolutely fabulous if they just managed it correctly. come on guys---get some friendly people!

customer service from the school of bite me. ordered a $20.99 pizza carry out got home and it wasn't right called the store back spoke with a manager who told me at thetimethat we would have an in store credit. approx a month later i went to use our credit and was told that the credit was not found and spoke with another manager who told me i would have to call back to speak with the owner about it. i was made to feel like i was trying to scam a free meal.and after the manager put me on hold he had a regular employee get back on the phone to give me the bad news. apparently he left something at home. bob's pizza may not be as fantsy or expensive but at least when they make a mistake they own up to it. and don't just blow smoke up your *****

bad customer service move. i came in tonight and just made a simple request that was denied due to rules set by the owners. i drove about 30 minutes to get to brozinni's. i was going to take the pizza home - as i ordered a carry out. at the last minute my wife said it will be cold by thetimeyou get home - let's go there and eat it. apparently - it is a rule not to allow a customer to eat a carry out pizza in the restaurant. so i paid for the pizza and left - not ordering any drinks and nothing extra like a salad. there were several tables empty and the new expanded area was empty as well. yet - since it is a rule never to be bent - the employee (just doing his job & very well mind you) handed me the pizza and i left. on so many levels this hard and fast rule is just bad management and customer relations.the on-site manager and the employees should have some discretion in making the customer feel welcome, invited and satisfied. so my take away is
that brozinni pizza is not customer friendly and does not trust their frontline employees to make wise and accommodating decisions.

i certainly understand that if the place was packed - the rule is valid - but it was not - it would have made my experience
worthwhile. i know you have a difficult job living up to your own expectations - but your 'rules' of customer engagement
certainly fell short of mine.

i will never recommend or suggest or even mention this establishment to any of my friends or co-workers.

wonderful!!. we've had this pizza three times - firsttimewas a slice dining in, and the secondtimewas delivery and the third carry out. no trouble with any of the transactions...delivery was a little faster than they estimated and the pizzas were done when they said they would be when we did carry out (and that was just after the indy 500). yes, the pizza is expensive, but totally worth it! the staff is crazy busy, so don't expect a lot of tlc, but that's not what i'm there buying. i want pizza and knuckles, baby! they have a great menu online - everything you need to figure out what to purchase is right there on their website. nice. can't wait to get it again tonight!! that crust is just incredible........**drool**

park avenue pizza. i love the 34th street pizza and always get a slice and a wonderful - real salad at brozinni.
real salad - made with romaine lettuce and other mixed fresh and real healthy greens, fresh cherry tomatoes, black olives, greek olives, onion, feta cheese, and more. with your favorite salad dressing.
no iceberg lettuce - yuk.

faaaaaaaabulous. i love brozinni pizzeria - love the pizza dough - thin crust and delicous. taste is fresh and the sauce is fabulous. i love the salads and the lasagna.
have to get my ................."brozinni fix, every week".

wow. found a great place to eat great italian ny style food in indiana. having just moved here from ny state, i am happy to say, this is the best and the only place to go for a wonderful taste of new york. thin crust, loaded wih your choice of favorite meats and cheeses, sauce with the taste of italy. the white pizza, loaded with a huge dollop of ricotta cheese and a basil leaf for wonderful flavor is my favorite with a ceasar salad, made with romaine lettuce for lunch, can't wait to get more. oh, and all freshly made everyday. no additives and is not one of the chains, i found so many of here in indy. great taste for the money. you won't be sorry.

dont havetimeto fax a menu??????. after trying this pizza at a work function it was so delicious we were so excited to get it again, so you could only imagine our disapointment when we called to see if we could have a lunch menu faxed over to pick out what each of us wanted ( over 50 people i might add ) the gentlemen was very rude and said disgruntled, "i dont havetimefor that right now just go to the website" really? u dont havetimeto fax a menu to your customers? so we get on the website and guess what....it has none of their pizzas on there!!! dumb!! because of the unproffesionalism and tackiness as good as this pizza was we decided to go to vitos instead which i might add is just as good if not better and their customer service was splendid as well!!! shame on you brozinnis, i will tell this story to all of my friends and family!!!

pizza!!. my fiancee and i joined some friends for a surprise birthday party here last night. my first impression of the place was that it was definitely a popular pizza spot. there was a line of customers waiting to get seated. the pizzeria had accommadated our friends and saved us two large spots in the back of the room. they had a nice little setup for all of us to enjoy appetizers and beer and wine. the wait staff was very nice and helpful. we ordered the canal street and park avenue pizzas. the dough is so soft and gooey. it was definitely good pizza. the sauce was not too sweet or overpowering and the pepperonis were perfect. there seemed to be a communication problem with our server and some friends with us. they never received the pizza they ordered and no one ever told them what was gonig on with it. it seems their original pizza had torn and they were making them another one, which is no problem at all, but somebody should have informed the table what was going on. another thing that seemed odd was that it takes 30+ minutes to brew a pot of coffee. another guest at the party wanted coffee and it just took an odd amount oftimefor them to brew it. maybe a new coffee maker should be purchased for this place. overall, the staff was very accomodating, but seemed a bit confused at times. the owner made himself seen and was definitely working in the kitchen and working the dining room and he was great to. the pizza was yummy to.

sour grapes. call me cynical but recent reviews of this place make me think maybe the newest local pizza joint is making an online effort to persuade others to try new places. i say - try them. that'll make fridays and saturdays at brozinni's far less busy, meaning my pizza will take notimeat all to reach my table. service - subpar? give me a break! i know one little lady on friday nights who makes brozinni's shine with her nearly flawless service and smile. an what's more, she's a true italian from new york. we ask for her everytimeand we're never disappointed.
so, for all you nay-sayers, go ahead and travel elsewhere. i'll be sitting at brozinni's eating my knuckles and enjoying my 16" park avenue with a huge smile on my face.

something was amiss... my usually amazing grandmas pizza was very lackluster to say the least. pizza was not cooked thru in the middle and was doughy. the abscence of spinach also affected the otherwisw jaw-dropping pie. this is only the secondtimethis has happened, but it is two ina row...i hope this incredible pizza shop isnt growing too quick and letting the quality of their pizza suffer.
