great customer service. i was at brozinii's last friday night, line out the door. been going since it opened. the staff is so nice
but i notice that the manager wasn't out on the floor like normal, i love being greeted by her, she always ask how have we been and knows us by name.m finely i seen her coming in and out of the kitchen to dining room. jokingly i ask my server is there a fire she said no that tj is cooking, bussing tables, and being our hostess. my server said that there's nothing she won't do to make this restaurant run smoothly . long store short i called tj to my table gave her my business card and offered her a great job. keep greeting your customers we appreciate it more than your probably told

going downhill. this used to be a fantastic place to eat but it is going downhill in my opinion. past 2 times i ordered knuckles they were hard and not very tasty. i even asked them to make sure that they were not hard and overdone but they were. very disappointing. used to be our favorite place.

craziest business model! they don't sell pizzas by the slice after 4pm but yet they do on their food truck. that's like false advertising for the store and a way to lose a first time potential customer.

good for the dead !!. so we are heading home and made a stop in greenwood in, we are from milwaukee wi where pizza is out of this world because of the italians there, we love our pizza. so we decided to eat at this pizza place they call brozinni and it was cold enough for dead bodies as in the morgue , pizza was good , very good crust also , when one orders a pizza just get the park, canal , or what ever you like , but do not get 1⁄2 & 1⁄2 of 2 different kinds for you could of went to the store and bought your self 2 nice size steaks to cook
one could go across the street and do some shopping for things because of the sloooooow service, very poor in service but if you are retired then you have time to order a pizza here. in my opinion take some winter coats & blankets to enjoy your meal or just take it home you know to go!

great place!! my fiancé loves pizza and insists that we have it at least once or twice a week, but i've long-sense been sick of pizza... until now! now i am the one insisting to drive all the way to brozinni's for pizza (a 20-30 min drive depending on traffic) and considering there are no less than 30 pizza places en-route from center grove, it's safe to say that this place is the best we've had in greenwood. i love the pepperoni and mushroom, the knuckles, breadsticks, etc. we've ordered by the slice for lunch as well as whole pies and they have always been great! people complain about the service, but honestly i just don't see the problem. you fix your own drink, here. i like that.

too cool for school. the pizza is alright but not good enough to make up for the attitudes and crappy service. we waited over an hour for out pizza to come out. the kids never got their meals but at least the waitresses were on top of their facebook updates and the dudes behind the counter were practicing their mad pimp skills on all the honeys in the house. just like the other reviews state, bad service bad service bad service.

if this is the best i feel bad for indy. tried the local pizza place after recommendation from hotel. ordered the cajun pizza and it was pretty bland. the crust was thin and cruncy, kinda flavorless. could not find anything about the pizza that i thought was really good. it also took 30 minutes to get the pizza. the waitress was not friendly and i had to get up and get my own refills. none of the other staff seemed friendly either. i would not go back.

truck review. i could not find info that there is a food truck. yesterday however, i ate off of a food truck with this name and the same pizza. the staff were amazing! the 34th street was to die for good. the slice of pizza was enough to serve several people. really. if you are a solo person and not a family a slice that size can be very difficult. that is the only reason i would not buy from them again. i hate wasting food. eating off of a food truck it is hard to take the food home for later enjoyment.
now to the slice i enjoyed yesterday. the 34th street. it is wonderful to have a white pizza that is not so dry you run for the faucet. the garlic flavor was throughout without being overwhelming. the slice is new york style. translated: you have to fold it in half to eat it or get a knife and fork. i would eat this again, however not by myself.

this place sucks so don't waste your time/money. i have had multiple bad experiences. staff is rude. food is good if they cook it right but ingredients are not fresh. shame on you brozinni for being so pretentious.

poor food. poor service.. very poor experience. 4 of us went in to the greenwood location for lunch. the gal who greeted us pointed to a table for us instead of seating us. we were not given menus or silverware. we ordered drinks but the pop machine wasn't working so we were served cans of pop. asked for ice and they didn't have any! we ordered garlic knuckles... it took forever and they brought them out hard and burnt with still no silverware to eat with. we were served nasty, uneatable, burnt food with no explanation from our rude server. no employee came to our table or tried to make it right. we canceled our order but were still charged for drinks. ridiculous! i had 2 sealed red envelopes for their "promotion" to possibly win an ipad in january - we could only use one and we won a $3 desert. we decided we would just open the other promo envelope – ironic or not, we won another $3 desert but we didn’t even get that. aint' never goin' back!

saturday night, no delivery drivers?. i just attempted to place a delivery order to a nearby hotel, where i work at the front desk. katie explained to me that they were still attempting to resolve the issue of their delivery driver not showing up. i imagine this issue has been going on for a couple hours now since they advertise that they start delivering at 4pm. regardless, my experiences with their delivery service have been very poor to say the least. the last time the order took 90+ minutes, but at least it arrived. in the future, i'll be very skeptical to suggest anything more than their dine-in or carry-out services to any of my guests. they should probably just do away with their delivery services until it can be better managed.

not a fan. went in a couple months ago with some friends. service seemed a bit pushy and rude. pizza was very oily and exuded way more grease than i'd like. the nuckles were nothing special and were drowned in butter.

i hate to say this but i have been to chains that have a better pizza. love to support small business but won't be back here in the for-seeable future.

great pizza and nuckles, but have you tried the stromboli calzone?. i have eaten here over 3 dozen times. as a former new yorker, and a chicago resident for many years, i have had some great pizza and this ranks right up there. however, ever since i had the calzones i can't bring myself to order anything else. they are out of this world and a good price considering all that is stuffed inside.

not like the new york pizza i've experienced, but still very good pizza. i like brozinni's pizza and i can see how they are rated the highest out of all 40-some pizza places in greenwood. before i ate there, but after i looked at their rating, i naturally assumed they'd be high as the residents of this city should hopefully be fed up with the "standard" of pizzas all across the city, namely a thicker hand tossed crust with lots of very sweet sauce. new york style pizza is supposed to be very thin and should have an unusual blend of somewhat crispiness with a foldable crust.

brozinni had the foldable crust, and the ingredients were all top notch on our deluxe pizza, but crispy crust it was not. this was the only *slight* let down of our pizza experience. otherwise, our 18" fed us for the next 2 days and was pretty good as a reheated pizza. just one thing to watch out for on the deluxe pizza, get ready for a pizza that is absolutely drenched in black olives, so if you're like me and don't like them or that much, then tell them when you're ordering it, or you'll be scraping them off for a solid 2 minutes for each slice.

also, i love the fact that the pizza was cut into slices instead of those annoying squares that every other pizza place in town does.
