broaddus burgers

walked in at 11:18am & ordered.... at 11:45 , went looking for  order! 
oh, it was ready, but no one bothered to bring it to us until i asked about it!
 my fries were cold, turkey burger dry/over cooked!!!  turkey burger was bigger then my husband's hamburger,  that was also over cooked and dry (hmm , burger joint,they should know how to cook a burger!?right?)
 one would have thought , getting there before the noon rush, things would be just fine, but slowserviceand overcooked food answered that one!

i went once when they first opened, theserviceand food was so bad i thought writing a review for a place that wasn't going to be open in a few months was a waste of time. after reading review after review raving about this place i'm going to give them another chance.

good flavorful burgers. greatserviceas food order was ready and correct when ordered on waitr app. good options on burgers. buns were fresh. will be back to try other burger offerings.

i don't know if i can recommend this place enough. food is phenomenal.serviceis even better. it's so great to see an owner delivering food to his customers. love it.

i adore this place!!. the food is awesome, the pricing is awesome, the servers are awesome. i work next to broaddus and come here often for lunch. i love getting the salads. they are huge and very flavorful and i love the fact that everything is made to order. the customerserviceis awesome and i make it a point to try and visit this place weekly. i recommend broaddus to anyone who wants a good burger or awesome salad with great customer service.

great burger! great chicken tenders, i know, i thought they would be frozen lumps of dry chic just on the menu to subdue the kids, but they were really good. greatservicewith a smile and shawn, the owner, came out to introduce himself and check on how we liked the food. go out and support this local restaurant.

phenomenal burgers, horrible service. i tried broaddus burgers with a large group of people. they knew in advance that a large group was coming but were woefully unprepared. 1 individual was assigned toservicea group of approximately 40 people. he was without a doubt the slowest server i have ever encountered. he did not seem to e comfortable with a large group of people and walked around like a little lost lamb. after about 10 attempts at trying to get him to take our order, we asked another individual (server #2) to take our order. he said that he had to go get another ipad and then never came back to our table at all. the manager did absolutely nothing to address my concerns. he told me that he had assigned 1 person to our large group and i needed to wait for that one person. 10 minutes later, i look up and server #2 is taking someone else in our group's order. we still had not been able to place an order at this point. needless to say, theservicewas so horrible that i will not be coming back to this establishment. it's a shame because the food is really good but not worth waiting over 45 minutes just to order.
