i'll order... you go find a seat. you will have plenty of time to browse the menu while your friend or family member scours for the precious seating commodity here.

that is the only downside i have to this awesome eatery. cannot ever find a seat. good luck if you have kids. try going up two flights of stairs looking for a seat with little ones in tow trying to find a table for 4. argh

provided you can find a seat. the food is awesome. the breads are out of this world, which makes the sandwiches special. love the food here. always dread finding a table.

best bread in jackson. the club on foccica is to die for. i have no idea how they do it! everything on their menu is great but i always stick with the club. love how the pasta salad as a side changes daily and is always delicious.

good lunch specials and good breakfast. sandwiches are good as they break the bread. little crazy and loud but good enough for quick meal. okay overall

hidden treasure. one of the best lunch spots i’ve had in a long time. i really like the setting good atmosphere. outstanding place to go for a business meeting. great quality for the dollar. i really love their alfredo chicken pasta. it is outstanding better than olive garden and up there with carrabba’s. big menu from salads to burgers & array of desserts.

i've heard that their breakfast is really good. but i stopped by after work for a bite of supper. i got the smoked turkey and brie panini with mixed greens salad. service was good and my food came out promptly. i managed to grab a corner table and was able to catch up on some reading as i enjoyed my meal. the only downside was that the sweet tea wasn't very sweet. i do plan to stop by again and try some of their bakery items which looked delicious.

i know this place is a jackson institution of sorts but i just don't get it. counter service is run of the mill and drinks are self serve. i've never had a sandwich or soup here that i didn't think i could make for myself in my own kitchen. i love what they do at bravo and i have great admiration for anyone who can sell a pizza at sal and mookies for $25. boss street is a glorified mcalistairs and i never feel good leaving there after paying $30 for a couple of sandwiches.

good lunch and desserts. i've had lunch at broad street once or twice and really enjoyed the croque monsier and the tomato basil grilled cheese. i've also ordered the st. paddy's day king cake and mardi gras king cake. both were really good, especially the st. paddy's cake!

third time, last time ... poor service :( poor food :( dirty all around. employees really do not care :( wont go back yuck!

first of all, when i ordered my food, the girl taking my order made a ride comment about my bread choice for my sandwich. secondly, i got the club sandwich and there was nothing great about it. generic bread and generic turkey. whatever mayonnaise/mustard combination they put on there didn't help either. at least i could get a peanut butter cookie that was tasty.

breakfast failed this morning. omelet lorraine needs a little work. not very appetizing. carmelized onions left the bland eggs and bacon very runny. how could i not like something loaded with bacon? well, there's always a first time.

good biscuits and a nice sticky bun.. after warming up in the provided microwave.. staff was a little snarky when i notified them that they had taken my order wrong. however, i kept what they gave me and it was good (ham,cheese, egg biscuit). this isn't a place with a comfortable bakery feel but more of in and out. i found it odd that the coffee cups provided were so large..and styrofoam but the coffee was pretty good so i can't complain.

must try!. breakfast at broadstreet.....the buttermilk chicken biscuit w/ maple glaze was surprisingly good! the biscuit was light, fluffy with a large crispy chicken tender, but i think the maple glaze is what made it! it was delicious.

first of all, i love broad street; however, i was in for breakfast this morning and encountered the rudest server ever! her name is paris. she yelled across the room at one of the customers, then proceeded to use a sugary sweet sarcastic tone to tell that customer to have a nice day. when i asked paris for butter, she said it was on the table. now, i would not have walked to the counter to get butter if it was on the table, but i told her that my table had no butter. she rolled her eyes, reluctantly got the butter, dropped it, and rolled her eyes again. really? you work at a restaurant. i really enjoy all the mangia bene restaurants, but customer service is the most important aspect when dining.

menu unclear. low fat veggie eater ordered steal cut oatmeal and fruit ..healthy and good for heart? you would think so, but they failed to reveal their oatmeal is made with heavy cream. i could not eat the breakfast. i informed the staff and suggested they add the ingredient , heavy cream, to the menu. not happy with my purchase and feel they should have offered to refund money...but did not ask so that is my fault.
