i am a little scared to review this place...haha...the comments that come back from the management are quite curt :d

but here goes... this place has a nice 'neighborhood cafe' feel, the decor has earthy tones (a lot like the other new eateries/restaurants in town).  also there was a vibrant college crowd making the atmosphere lively and cheerful. 

i have to agree with the other reviewers on the pricing, it is a tad expensive and the quantities, i felt, were not corresponding to the rates charged.  

we had the prawn tempura ('cos my friend nivedita at the hindu recommended it) and they were very nice. crispy, and not too cornflowery, they tasted nice with the 1000 island sauce they were served on. wish they were more of them on the plate though :(

the chilli cheeze toast with chicken was okayish. i don't know what this whole mozzarella cheeze funda is, but the cheeze didtastea bit 'different' (and iv had many varieties of cheeses including processed, so...).

and i had the baked macaroni with chicken. the dish wasn't seasoned properly, and adding salt on the table in an already cooked pasta dish doesn't do it full justice. (and no, i don't mean u must indianize it).

they have a lot of other mains, pizzas and burgers on their menu... might try them the next time.

i've been to this place today and i must say the ambience is really good and the staff are welcoming.
but i had an issue with the food, i felt they couldn't do justice to the price i'm paying and the prices are quite high which would be okay if the dish they serve me would be satisfying. i felt it's just pomp and show! the drinks like mojitos etc which for the same price at other places are actually fulfilling but here as i posted a picture of the drink down below was served in a cocktail glass which was done in 2/3 sips, i actually had to wait because it would look bad if i downed it in one go, i've never seen mojitos being served in cocktail glasses and thetasteof the remaining things i had wasn't that good as well. but my main issue remains with the justice that they aren't doing to the amount i pay .

after reading the article in hindu, i wanted to give a try as it's been a long since i had some good proper continental food. though the food is lil towards bland side, it left a nice continental mark on mytastebuds.. the serving quantity of the beverages is to a lesser side but that's ok with me.

pizza is not at all hot, notastenothing didnt like

the food was picturesque but thetastewas quite average to my liking. the omelette was very average intasteand we barely got atasteof the mayonnaise which we asked them to add. we got charged for the add-on mayonnaise as well, but i could not get anytasteof it.
the pizza again, was above averagetastewise, but the size and value for money is not upto the mark according to my preference.

pizza is very cold and very very hardtastelike plastic....not expected this way

the peri peri chicken wings are smelly and became stale, check your meat before you cook, it left a very badtastein mouth and smelled very stale.

i used to love your food, but now i realised that you guys serve stale food, will never order from you again, and also give a complaint to food safety authorities.

at the edge of lawson's bay colony,on strip of beach road towards tenneti park, a tiny cafe with good ambiance and well elaborated menu.

the panner burger is great intastebut the small. patty is abit unsatisfactory but served with side in slated french fries which helps to maintain the crunch in meal...

the burger was good in portion and can heavy a empty tummy..


peri peri fries aren't much different from the original fries, just abit add on periperi mix but the fries are well crisp and tasted good .
abit over priced menu but can try once for while.

ambience of the restaurant is good.tasteis awesome.horrible thing is all the items in the menu are not available.pizza is some what ok but fishing chips are awesome.

very badtastegot vomiting after taking the food at this restaurant they are not interested to change the dish not at all recommendable waiting for response from restaurant or zomato

this is located just near kamat restaurant on lawson's bay colony. it's basically a house ground floor converted into a restaurant
the interior of the place is decent not much fancy
the food over here not very great just above average we ordered a pizza it's was above average only but serving style for origano n chilly flakes was not at all good , we had white sauce pasta which was also decent, my friends ordered omelet which was very good but when they repeated the order he made it worst,
overall just a place where you wanna hang out privately with your loved ones but don't expect very goodtaste.
