breeze - pal heights

food is okay.staffare fine too. i will talk about the ambience. if you want a candle light dinner in the open, this is the place. rooftop area in the open makes the dinner with your loved one more special. the name "breeze" lives up to the hype as it's always a cold breeze blowing and making your night q memorable one.

i was actually looking for negative ratings but unfortunately only 1 is allowed. yes this place is that bad and absolute worst. in any case please avoid. everything is wrong about this place. don’t get trapped by looking at pics. absolutely unhygienic and shabby place with worststaffand pathetic service. food quality is really bad and they are serving stale food and no matter how much you complain they ignore you. no covid guidelines followed, pathetic washrooms, no sanitizer, no cleanliness. i went for my anniversary and was absolutely disappointed. overpriced and terrible quality.
sad to see such places still exist and not closed down by bmc. don’t ever do the mistake of going to this place. they are looking for scapegoats for running this place. on top of all this mess, service is also very slow andstaffis in careless attitude mode.

have an excellent ambience, with the outdoor seating.
unfortunately, has only onestafffor the entire outlet and service is too sluggish. can improve on that front.
food is decent enough, but with this service seemed a bit overpriced.
however the ambience made our evening.

i visited this place for breakfast today. we have buffet breakfast, they have really good options! thestaffwas very courteous, food was delicious and ambience was amazing. good place to hangout and eat delicious food.

my friend and i wanted to spend some time at a roof top restaurant. though we also wanted drinks(alcoholic), we decided to go to there as it was near to his place and not much far from him. we definitely had a good time sharing our thoughts, feelings, spoke about each other families, spending around 3 hours with each other was just feeling light. when we ordered the food, it was pathetic. we opted for fried onion rings as a starter for me and mixed pad thai noodles for both of us as dinner. but both were horrible as both the food was served pretty cold. gimme a break, fried onion rings as cold. when we asked the captain to reheat the food in the microwave, he started giving excuses. finally he reheated the noodles(don’t know where) but i have no idea, the hotness was not upto the mark. oriental food should never be served cold or else it affects one’s health. and for the onion rings, he denied on my face that he couldn’t reheat due to some reasons.

i have visited zaika multiple times with my family but we always get excellent and fresh food along with the very friendly and sober people serving there.

food,staffservice, behaviour was horrible and a no for second time at breeza. the only thing good was the cocktail, i ordered and the whiskey my friend did.

being a native of bhubaneswar, i would never recommend any of my known people to visit that restaurant. i am still feeling uncomfortable because i am guessing the noodles we ordered had stale meat.

i wonder why didn’t we go to zaika instead of breeza.

for your goodwill, change the behaviour of your employees at breeza and serve the proper food at proper time.

if the ratings had negative reviews, i have no idea what score i would have given.

anyways we also liked the ambience, which was the only reason to visit the place.

wonderful place. i requested them to provide me a corner seat which was arranged. slow wind on the roof,candle light,classy ambience coupled with the high quality food and polite and cordial behaviour of thestaff, it was a night worth to remember for me. a perfect 10 on 10 for breeze. good job. keep it up. i am coming back very soon.🤩

ambience is d key point of dis hotel.i was really glad and being humble to hotelstaffto make my 1st marriage anniversary in breeze so memorable.
