why not call it brio?. i walked in here yesterday and said to myself - huh, this looks a lot like brio. then i ordered the pastabravoand said - huh, this looks a lot like a dish i've had somewhere else before, and the server said "brio?"
don't get me wrong - the food was very good, my salad was excellent, but i can't help wondering why not call it brio? i asked the manager to explain this, and he said they're working to differentiate the two brands, but when the menus, internal atmospheres, and prices are almost identical, what's the point?
points deducted for seating us with a dirty tablecloth. points added for a very nice (but too small!) alfresco dining area right across from the mccormick & schmicks.
btw, they offer valet parking for like $5, but if you need someone to park your car for you in a mall, then you are probably obese.
