it was my stay at the hotel centre point and thought of giving bougainvillea a try for a buffet dinner. however, it wasn't long before i was disappointed by their services one by one. firstly, i requested soya sauce for the soup but the waiter had declined it saying it was not available. i was served sauce only after escalating the issue to the manager that how can a restaurant not have soya sauce. secondly, no one bothered to refill the empty glasses with water unless asked for it. third, it took them 45 minutes and 4 remiders to refill regular items like onion and lemon etc. the food is absolutely below average in terms of taste as well as variety. absolutely not worth 800 bucks. was my first and gonna be the last visit here.
