*the bestcafein udaipur.* their dishes were simply cooked to perfection. the service is impeccable and prompt with a professional and friendly staff attending you . coffee is always perfect and the chefs food fresh and delicious from a wide varied menu. my favouritecafefor a peaceful time with my loved ones. even the sitting is amazing and the ambience is very refreshing as their indoor and indoor as ample amount of greenery. seating is comfortable too. my personal favourite is mexican platter and four cheese pizza. must visit place.

this place is for plant lovers. enormous amount of plants and very different with good vibes. its a goodcafeserving good food. pretty place we had burrito bowl, panner tikka pizza and beverages like kitkat & nutella shake and susnset drink. prices are little high but the place is pretty. service is little slow but you can go for dates or friends outing.

visited thiscafea while back after hearing all that buzz in town.

it’s a cute set up with all those greens. place is good for families, kids’ birthday parties and kitty parties.

when reached there no one actually came up for a few minutes to check where we would like to sit.

then the cleanliness on table and on the floor wasn’t upto the mark.

food was average. can do better with the taste and presentation. ambience was good family sort of.

can be visited once if you’re looking to explore something new in town.

i generally don't write negative feedback or review, if i don't like something i approach manager and mostly it gets resolved but here the story is little different and made me upset. i visited this place few days back for dinner, as soon as entered the restaurant, i stood there for around 5-7mins, waiting for someone to attend me. only a single table was occupied, staff was busy making chit chat and a staff was leaning on the counter. i had eye to eye contact with a staff for around 10 sec ( later came to know, he was the owner) but he also wasn't interested to attend. after 7 mins i actually asked where can i sit? the boy replied anywhere. i sat and ordered for pizza ( which was just average in taste), order arrived, i finished the food but no one was even bothered to serve me water. i asked for manager but owner came, i briefed him about the incident. the answer he gave me was unexpected and shocking, he said you could have taken the table by yourself, why you were waiting for anyone. i couldn't say anything else post that and i left. i don't know what kind of attitude the gentleman was having. the only good thing about the visit was the ambience but in service sector attitude of staff and training is everything. everything else is secondary. you can build a hotel or restaurant with gold but it's the staff which make the actual impact. i won't recommend this place again. thank youcafebotanical

overpricescafewhere taste is not good. portion size is very small. water bottle is 500 ml for 30 rs. no big bottle available. overall extremely overpriced compared to the portion size. mock tails are just artificial flavoured drinks. not recommended.

very nicecafein true sense > great ambience nice sitting outdoor & indoor , delicious food , compact but interesting menu. as the name suggest the decor is mainly of plants , bush , breepers and grass , very soothing to eyes . give a great feeling of freshness and nature being all around.

visited botanicalcafeon a saturday evening, after calling up if seating was available. the owner was kind enough to tell us that there is place.

location - the place is located a lil on the interior side, so just follow the google map. the place is definitely worth the ride!

coming to the cafe, it's surrounded and packed with greenery. beautiful surroundings, very peaceful for meetings,get togethers, outings and catch-up with friends.

what we ordered?
1) penne pasta with pesto (basil) - pasta cooked to perfection, loved the pesto flavour with perfect seasoning. the quality and quantity both were good. also, the pasta was served with 2 garlic breads which were fresh and crispy (a lil more garlic flavour would have been great)

2) hummus, falafel and pita
4 falafels with pita pockets served with chickpea hummus and salad (beetroot & cucumbers). absolutely loved the crispy and flavourful falafels, soft and moist pita breads. won't be wrong to say that it was one of the best hummus platter in udaipur.

both the food items are definitely a must try, they are something different from the regular menu's at restaurants/cafes and they are extremely flavourful.

3) peach sunset mocktail
4) orange sista mocktail
both the mocktails were very refreshing and very different from the regular mocktails in town. peach sunset is on a sweeter note, whereas orange is a mix of sweet and tangy.

overall the experience at botanicalcafewas very overwhelming because of the good service, ambience and food.
definitely going back to try their sizzlers and desserts!
