the $34.99 all you can eat brunch is still one of my favorite brunches in town. i’ve dined at the mandalay bay location and recently tried their second location in the forum shops. my favorite items include the plantain empanadas, huevos rancheros, yucatan egg benedict, churro tots, and tres leeches french toast. less successful are the pigs in a blanket and the serrano ham waffle (the saltiness and chewiness of the ham was just weird to have in the waffle). it is a little pricey for brunch, but you may end up eating so much you’ll skip lunch and dinner. the “all you can drink” mimosas were also a huge plus.

all you can eat brunch for $38.99 is the way to go. they’re small plates and they’re tasty and creative. i feel like they came out of the kitchen slow and steady - likely to give you time to fill up lol. i’d recommend this place though 👍🏽

not your traditional mexican restaurant , had the vegetarian quesadilla , it was exceptional , the poblano enchilada , also excellent , the caramelised plantains to end , all in the flavours were unique.

hit the new location for lunch and we were happy.  the food was exactly what you'd expect.  high end mexican food with really nice touches.  i had the skillet nachos and it was huge.  enough to feed three.  my wife had tacos and i snagged a bite for "research" purposes.  also very tasty!  even the chips and salsa seem to just be perfect.

we have visited the location in mandalay bay before but i really liked this spot.  we will be visiting for dinner on a trip soon.

chefs mary sue milliken and susan feniger are the creators of the border grill restaurant. the first restaurant was located on melrose avenue and in 1990, moved to its current home on 4th street in santa monica. since then, border grill has expanded to las vegas at mandalay bay resort and casino (1999) and the forum shops at caesars (2014).

can't get any better

my friend and i were strolling thru ceasars palace food court around 6pm and found nothing of interest in the $10-15 price range, so we kept walking toward the forum shops. even though we just had mexican food the night before we decided to look at the menu anyway. the greeters informed us about the high quality ingredients, attention to detail, etc. my friend is a very picky eater, he told them he didn't see anything on menu of particular interest. without skipping a beat, he being asked "what would he like?" this was unexpected. no restaurant, especially before sitting at a table, had ever asked that. he said "ok...how about 3 cheese enchiladas?" she said, "ok..we have 3 cheeses, what kind of sauce does he prefers...red or green?" when he said he has no idea, she told my friend and i to have a seat at a table and she'd bring us some samples to taste so that my picky eater friend could choose. i mean really? i've never had such customer service before ordering a meal. to cut to the chase..... the 3 cheese enchiladas with chicken filling, and my short rib enchiladas were both outstanding. the watermelon lemonade is to die for. i could go on writing positive things about this place, but i'd rather you take my advice and if you're hungry, go have something to eat at the border grill. you'll be glad you did. the service was also outstanding. we enjoyed our dinner so much, we decided to go back again for lunch two days later. this is the place i will go back again and again when i go to las vegas.

great food and great service! we had the limitless small plates and every bite was amazing. my two favorites were the chorizo and egg taco and the churro tots but literally everything was really good. had to restrain myself from licking the plate!
