it's ok. boogaloo has a lovely atmosphere, it's clean, cool and relaxed. i enjoyed sitting on the "patio" and listening to the music and watching the people walk by. while the atmosphere is cool, the food was just ok. i had the house salad which just lacked flavor or creativity. i had honestly created a better salad for my lunch hours earlier. for the entree i decided upon the plantain crusted tilapia with sweet potato and andouille hash and orange scallion remoulade.......the tilapia had no flavor on its own, so you had to pair it with the remoulade which was ok. the hash was just strange. the sweet potatoes were tasty, but the sausage tasted like the smoked sausage you would get in the plastic package. i really wanted to love this plate of food, because it was presented nicely, but it just missed the mark.
