not as good as everyone made it sound, i mean the service is great and the popovers are a nice touch. the steak is average and over priced. the sides are small and the alcohol is also a bit expensive. i will give them credit for the deserts, very good! so unless you have tons of money to blow or maybe a small appetite, you might find something else...

the food is always good but the service at lunch is getting worse. it seemed like they forgot that we were sitting right in the middle if the outdoor seating area.

filet, creamed spinach, raw oysters... all divine. the herbs butter over chat-grilled steak was outstanding!

amazing food!!!! easy access front hotels down town (it's in the ritz carlton). the popovers are unbelievable with the butter and sea salt. rosemary margarita is a must try. service is top notch. atmosphere is swanky and sophisticated. we got almost half of the stuff on the menu and everything was exceptional from the bbq corn to the parmesan gnocchi! for dessert you must get the strawberry rhubarb crisp (seasonal)! i give this place a 10!!!

one of the best apps in town with the hamachi sashimi. good selection of oysters. black cod is dope and hanger has good crust that pairs well with chimichurri. jalapeño mash and creamed spinach hands down the best sides of any steakhouse.

the steak was excellently cooked as it had a subtle amount of char on the outside but melted in your mouth once you took a bite.

i do not recommend for the price i would easily choose mortons, ruth chris or capital grille. table of 8 only 1 of the 6 steaks ordered were the correct temp. at $50 a steak i expect a chef that can cook a basic order.

great, great steaks; some of the best, if not the best i’ve had in dc. though a little expensive and loud if you’re not in the power lunch set.

this is a favorite. i know this is a steak restaurant, but i love the lobster cobb salad and the braised short ribs. the short ribs taste like they are in mole sauce....delicious. you can't go wrong here -- i don't even order the steak and this is one of my favorites! (i can't cheat on ray's for my bone-in ribeye.)

excellent steak, honestly some the best steak i've had in dc. food is expensive but it's one of the few places i'd say the service matches the price tag. recommend for a nice date night out.

we hit up blt steak last night after receiving an invitation and it was quite the memorable night :) blt steak is a premier steak house with only 11 locations world-wide in cities like new york, los angeles, atlanta, miami, waikiki and hong kong. not to mention the super-star chef gordon ramsey...

how does a braised meat become dry?. recently attended an event that was serviced by blt. the short rib was just plain dry and tough. i do not know how you can dry out meat cooked in liquid. the rest of the menu fine, not great, but not bad either. i was really expecting a treat. dessert was the only item that saved the day. i may give it a try at with a menu,we'll see.

from a small taste at taste of the nation to a full 3 course meal for dinner- blt does not disappoint! delicious and perfectly cooked to temp steaks and gnocchi that melts in your mouth. i can't find a bad thing to say. our server sebastian was a genius as well with our cocktail and wine selections.
