great food but the ambience is a bit underwhelming. fast service. absolutely loved their pasta arrabiata-saucy and cheesy. their cajun mixfriesand veg quesadilia was also very tasty but the star of the show was undoubtedly their trippe chocolate cake-perfection.

visited blind chemistry for dinner with my family. the place was clean at first sight. however, later noticed there was water leaking from the ac at the corner. ambience was pleasant and ideal for couples. we ordered creamy mushroom and chicken soup, jamaicanfrieswith parmesan cheese, siriracha chicken balls, rings of glory ( calamari), grilled chicken with herbed rice , creamy chicken pasta and a tiramisu cake. the order was placed in two intervals and was served within 15-20 mins each time. our waiter ensured each dish reached us once it was ready without waiting for the bunching all of them together. that was a plus for me as we were hungry. the music was good although my family preferred it to be louder. coming to the dishes, the soup was awesome , well balanced with taste and a very good portion. thefrieswere decent , however the customisation options got my hopes up and i felt let down on seeing the final product. sirirach chicken were small yet meaty like small pocket dynamites. we thoroughly enjoyed them. rings of glory was bland , i felt it was a wrong choice for us. there was a lot of batter and not added taste to make the dish look better. griiled chicken with herbed rice was pleasant with portion sufficient for one person. i felt a small portion of mashed potatoes could've been kept to make the meal feel better. the pasta was below average, the mix of sauce and paste type was not okay. the garlic bread which came along with the pasta was slightly burnt and stared tasting bitter once it cooled down. tiramasu was okay, we saw another table order cheesecake , it looked good probably should've gone with that. prices were okay but i feel something left me wanting to say my experience was awesome. i would rate this place 3.5 for the overall experience.

the food is really good and the staff was very patient and attentive. we enjoyed the waffles and paneer pizza the best. the frechfrieswas great too!

phyllo paneer and veg pizza was good. fajita sizzler was awesome. frenchfrieswith add ons were good. service by naresh was good

stawberry lemonade - this was so refreshing to drink.. straw berry flavour enhance lemonade to next level.

smoked chicken quesadilla - rich smoked chicken stuffing with enormous cheese and creamy mayonise makes this wrap a great starter to love for.

frenchfries- perfectly fried crispy potato strips with cheddar cheese and mint mayonise as a dip make this a well to go starter..

service by mr. naresh is very friendly and good 😊

tried the creamy mushroom soup, piri piri diced paneerfries,mayofrieswith diced chicken ,cajun chicken pizza, corn cheese balls , chicken wings , chicken bunny chow ( you must try this without fail) , creamy cheese and mushroom bread, chicken satay , a special drink and chocolate pani puri for dessert . loved all the dishes , and the corn cheese balls turned out to be the best of all. very special thanks to naresh for the prompt and friendly service . the dishes may seem overpriced but worth it . the air conditioning could have been better . although, i will rate this experience with a 5 star for the food and recommend this place .

the restaurant had a very peaceful and well lit ambience. this restaurant is all about the experience. mr alex who served us was so kind, prompt,and polite. we really had a great time here. the quality and the taste of the food was too good. twsited pizzas are a must try here.
shakes and mojitos were soothing. wings andfrieswere good. overall i would say best place to chill with a good ambience and polite staff.

1. piri piri fries
2. schnitzel and chicken cheese burger
3. truffle au chocolate

the piri pirifriesis an absolute classic with an even spread of piri piri across the fries. the portion was good enough for one person. the spice factor was medium and so i could properly enjoy the meal.

the schnitzel & chicken cheese burger was nicely done. the schnitzel was perfectly fried and maybe the white sauce was in excess, but the burger tasted better as a result of this.

the truffle au chocolate was the dessert of the day for me. the cake had a nice blend of dark chocolate and turns out it is homemade too! hats off to the effort for a delightful chocolate cake.

the staff were very hospitable, special callout to naresh for his recommendations and continuous service.


my verdict: a must try place to have a nice dining experience, including the ambience, variety of dishes and a chance to listen to nice collection of music too! if they had multiple options for hot delicacies like hot chocolate or brownie, i would have given 5 stars for sure

i also loved their food since they had presented everything really well. thefrieswere nice and crisp on the outside and was drizzled with a generous amount of cheese. 🤤

i ordered cajun mix frenchfrieswhich was so yummy and the mexican red vean soup was also good. the pizza and pasta was good.

had ordered a frenchfriesand risotto. the frenchfrieshad hair, the risotto was fine.i added chilli flakes and the chili flakes had cockroach in it. the staff replaced it but not sure how many people before me would have had the flakes with the cockroach in it .

blind chemistry is one of a kind café that has multiple branches in chennai. they serve one of the best french fries, peri peri chicken, chocolate pani puris, etc.

loved the desserts, especially the waffles and the chocolate pani puri that was perfect! the pani puri had a choice of an icecream filling (red velvet, brownie etc), a sauce and a bachelor shake (nutella et al). i enjoyed this one thoroughly, i recommend every visitor to give this a shot (pun intended).

thefriesand finger food is up to the mark as well. what i did not like is the mocktails, the flavours seemed off-place (though we got the mocktail as a prize for winning one of the challenges they offer)

the ambience is comforting, with dim neon lights and good seating options. the service is responsive too.

definitely worth the price, and visit!
