we are checking for a good place for hangout with rooftop experience in cuttack so we come across blast. it has a great ambience with a retro type interior.
we have ordered dragon chicken, pan fried momos tossed with sauce and efu chicken noodles thetastewas good. a good place to hangout with friends and family. it will be good if you visit this place on evening.

ordered three dishes in this place and surprisingly none of them were upto mark.
1. chicken burger. having tried burgers in different places around the world. thetasteof this burger was worst.
rating - 1 out of 5.
2. mix hakka non veg noodles - quality needs to be improved andtastecould be much better.
rating - 3 out of 5
3. chicken lasagna - quality was good.tastewas also fine.
rating 3.5 out of 5

service can be improved. ambience is the only things that's perfect.

the ambience was lit. it was an amazing experience. it has both indoor and outdoor sitting. coming to the food :
◾multani paneer tikka: it was great. the paneer pieces were soft and juicy.

◾murgh malai tikka: it had 8-10 pieces of chicken and topped with cheese. the pieces were full of flavors.

◾butter garlic prawn: the garnishing was very neat and clean. thetastewas excellent.

other dishes were also great. cold coffee was also good.

i would recommend this place to try out for good food and ambience

need a good place for hangout, rooftop experience, great ambience and lip smacking food - then blast is the one stop destination .

the restaurant has a great ambience with a retro interior. the inner dining area is nice and they have a wide seating capacity. the view of the city from the rooftop is magical. the open terrace area looks attractive too in the evening.⁣

we had a couple of starters and mocktails like butter garlic prawn, bali prawn, murg malai tikka, grilled paneer tikka sandwich, drums of heaven, mexican tortila wrap veg and penne pasta momo rozer sauce veg, virgin mojito and mistri margarita. food was of goodtaste. the main course and desserts were also good.

when i called the restaurant,they told he their will be 6 shahi tukda in a box. but when i ordered, it was 5 prices in a box and thetastewas not so good

had chicken sizzler and alfredo pasta (customised according to preference).
the team of blast is an amicable one,tasteis additionally especially upto the imprint. ambience is ofcourse lovely!
