great new irish pub!! good food, good drinks, friendly staff. mostly 30-50yr old professionals make up the cliental of this old orcutt establishment. it's good to have rooney's here. the orcutt area needed it!!! watch out on weekend nights though!!! the younger santa maria crowd has quickly started to frequent here, filling the restaurant and bar with immaturity, bad attitudes, and quick tempers. i, along with many of my friends and associates from orcutt sincerely hope that rooney's will quickly educate this new crowd that this behavior is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. i truly look forward to frequenting this business with friendly staff and mostly good atmosphere without the bother of the santa maria rif raf....
