good food, some pricey surprises.. i went today with two friends, and we spent over $250 - yikes! we had appetizers, steaks, drinks and dessert. the calamari appetizer was wonderful - and i don't even like calamari. my sirloin steak was done right and tender, and the cheese sauce was great. we tried different sides, most of which were tasty, except for the asparagus, which was a bit underdone. the desserts were also high quality, and the coffee as well. i can't complain about the food at all! the wait staff was friendly and helpful, willing to accomodate and knowledgeable about the menu. my biggest complaint is the price for some of the items. there were 'addons' - one of which was crab legs for $18 a pop...you read that right. i was expecting a snow crab for that price; what we got was one crab leg. for $18. that's rather criminal. prices in general were a bit steep, but for the most part within high end steak houses. still...$18 for a crab leg? several of the 'addons' were equally small in portions while large in price. so...overall, great food - just be careful what you order.
