went to this place this week and i am in love with it. the place is very decent and such a great place to hangout and chill with your friends.
their mocktails, food & dessert are very good. they have good options for food on their menu which you will definitely fall in love with!
i really loved their shakshouka benedict which i tried here. it was served nicely hot on a skillet. you can't stop eating this one if you're an egg lover.
in dessert their trio baileys mousse is a good option you can go for!
mocktails are great, whichever!

overall it's a very very decent place to have some really delicious food and drinks!

in food we ordered-

bruschetta

tomato basil pesto mozzarella sandwich - this was in sourdough. liked the basil flavour of it.

flaky fried chicken- a good option in small plate. the quantity was very good and it was so delicious.

pizza di pollo - it was a chicken pizza. super delicious in taste and the toppings were too good!

penne pasta - asked this one in chicken as well. was good. called this one in arrabiata sauce.

fried chicken steak-asian slaw-jalapeno - this was a very delicious burger you can call for over here.

shakshouka benedict - tried this for the first time and i don't regret it at all. if you're an egg lover, you must try this.

in dessert we ordered:

sizzling hot brownie
trio baileys mousse

they were pretty good as a post meal dessert.

in mocktails we ordered -

cold coffee
passion fruit bellini
refreshing orange mint
virgin pina colada
rosemary apple & cranberry

so this entire week i was in goa and i discovered this gem in vagator! such pretty place with very pretty sittings. the place is pretty huge and very spacious. their day view as well as evening view is truly mesmerizing with those fairy lit trees.

going ahead with what i ordered:

*mocktails

• cold coffee
• passion fruit bellini
• refreshing orange mint
• virgin pina colada
• rosemary apple & cranberry

all these mocktails were easy-to-go with your meal! i simply asked for few of their best ones and these were just it.

*food

• tomato basil pesto mozzarella sandwich (4/5): this was a very classic one you can ask for. it was in between a sourdough bread which was super crunchy.

• bruschetta (3/5): this was a decent starter. baguette topped with tomato basil.

• flaky fried chicken (5/5): i don't easily like fried chicken. this one was an exceptional one! super crispy on the outside and tasted so good with the south west dip. most recommended!!!

• penne pasta in arrabiata sauce (4/5): again this was a decent one. just the regular pasta you can ask for!

• pizza di pollo (3/5): liked the taste of it. the base could've been better but it surely didn't ruin the taste. good amount of veggies and chicken chunks on the top!

• fried chicken steak-asian slaw-jalapeno (4/5): this one was a burger. it was a medium sized chicken burger with cold slaw and finely chopped jalapenos at the bottom of the patty. this was fillliinggg!!

• shakshouka benedict (4/5): was accompanied with a sourdough. it is a tunisian and israeli dish of tomatoes, onions, pepper, spices, and eggs. it's usually eaten for breakfast or lunch, but i think it's tasty anytime! this one was surely lipsmaking.

*dessert

• sizzling hot brownie (3/5)

• trio baileys mousse (4/5): something different that i tried out here. this was not too sweet, was perfectly balanced.
perfect end to our fulfilling meal!

i highly recommend this place to anybody who's looking out for a peaceful and cozy place to spend your time. their food is just amazing and the ambience is cherry on the top!

bistro vagator an amazing place serving some awesome tasty and yummy food in goa. they have an elaborate menu to choose from. the vibe of this place is nice and fresh as it has lush greenery around. they have well maintained garden sit out where one can relish the meal.
recently they have started growing organic herbs and veggies. making a bold and sustainable move to serve you better and healthier food every time.
i tried some of their mocktails like virgin pina colada and orange mint, which were soothing and refreshing. we ordered some pork sausage chilly which was made with goan sausages tossed with peppers which tasted simply awesome. then had the beef patty burger, it had 4oz beef patty. i liked it with the add ons. this holy trinity enhanced the flavour and took it to the next level. the burger is so huge and delicious i was licking my fingers

guys this is one of the best place to visit when in goa. i tride their pizza, white sauce pasta and hummus. everything was great. the place has a cozy vibe and a perfect chilling spot. the mocktails were crazy and colourful. when in goa. it's a must go.

the place is so lively with such a wonderful garden n sitting area. i m in awww with the place as i love naturistic sitting . the food was great. loved the pizza n pasta. it has some peculiar taste to ur delicacies.

oh wow! there is something unique about this place which i might not able to express all of it coz you really need to visit and explore by yourself.
this place really got the vibes which we were looking for, to spend a calm and peaceful evening.

ambience: 10/10 for the delightful ambience.
best part is the huge lawn and well maintained garden area which is combined with the dining and that is how it makes perfect area for the memorable dining. it was a feeling of dining at the nature side.

service:- it was really good and they took care of us the entire time and made us feel comfortable.

food: yumm! their specialty is continental. we had one of the tastiest pizza after long time. must try!
prawns white sauce pasta was also worth ordering. 😋 overall food was the lovely experience.

mocktails - we ordered the mocktails suggested by them and it was simply amazing. the taste was fulfilling. full marks for the same.

events :- they have live music every sunday noon.

friday’s they have special barbeque night with unlimited platter for just 799 per pax.

overall we had a gala time at this place and will be visiting soon! worth visiting place for sure!

exploring through the beaches of vagator goa, just saw this beautiful place called bisto vagator and found it really impressive!!

the ambience of bistro cafe is pretty cool with a tiny bar and variation of seating arrangements, i just loved their garden seating which was elegant and beauty!!

so at the earliest moment, we started off with mocktails such as:-

1:- pinacolada:- its been the best with its refreshing flavours of pineapple infused with coconut water, tasted really great!! presented very well.

2:- refreshing orange mint:- another's refreshing mocktails from bisto vagator, a mixture of freshly orange, lemon and mint leaves were soulful to have it withs refreshing flavours


along with these refreshing mocktail, we were accompanied by some of the best appetizers from bistro vagator

1:- a crunchy and crispy chicken with a bit spicy taste was good to go along with these refreshing mocktails

2:- chicken penne pasta:- it was at its best:- a wonderful texture of sauces along with the chicken in it was just crazy to have it!! the aroma of it was so blissful.

and ended up sweet dessert like
sizzling brownie and trio baileys moose:-

sizzling brownie:- smooth and spongy brownie which was goey & mild chocolate, top up with a vanilla scoop on it!!

hospitality was very quick and the staff mr rubul was too help to suggest to us!

overall it was a great experience. a perfect place for good vibes and food..

the setup is beautiful with trees all around. the place beautifully lit and the ambience is fantastic. love the fact that they have designed the setup in harmony with nature. there is a tree branch that goes under a dining table.
we ordered arabic mezze, nasi goreng and baby babyback pork ribs.
the mezze was decent but could be better. the pita bread could have been better(was a bit like north indian kulcha) and the mezze is served without labneh.
pork ribs (bbq)was damn good. just the way it should be served. flavourful and smoky.
nasi goreng was bang on...it did take us to south east asia :)
staff needs to be attentive(had to put in some effort to get their attention)
they need to work on dessert options ( we were offered only two choices....strawberry mousse and brownie).
all in all a decent experience...with some improvements this place is here to stay.

on my recent visit to goa , i visited bistro vagator with friends near to a vagator beach its good place to go over here with family, friends to spend some good time
the ambience is very good and pretty with a garden seatings

we started with mocktails likes
strawberry and orange fizz : the combination of strawberry and orange was really an refreshing one to begin with! highly recommended

virgin pina colade : virgin pina colade was really refreshing drinks and the mixture of coconut flavor with pineapple was really good!!

in appetizers we had
peri peri spiced fried chicken wings : a spicy fried chicken wings which was classy to go along with these refreshing mocktails it was very soft and crunchy to have it!!

after that we moved on to pesto pizza :- a soft and thin bread with their inhouse pesto sauces and herbs it was an delicious to eat, it's made my day.


and ended up with a sweet and soulful sizzling brownie with vanilla ice cream, it was an outstanding with its scrumptious brownie and a scoop of vanilla topped on it!!

service was quick and staff was polite to suggest the best according to our taste!!

a lovely garden restaurant in vagator. this place is a quiet, romantic gem separated a bit from the chaos of the main street. they have a huge drinks menu and all day breakfast service.

loved the food and the ambience, one can literally spend their whole day here in a stress free natural environment. the restaurant provides amazing food with great taste and a variety of non-veg/veg options.

we recently visited this beautiful garden restaurant with small plates concept. they have bands playing on sunday and barbecue evenings.
