imagine sitting in a garden setup, surrounded by lush greenary while having a slice of hot pizzas & sipping your favourite drink!
find all this at bistro at vagator! located in vagator on the narrow road that goes to ozran beach ,this place has a magical vibe. a garden restaurant with spacious seating that also allows your paw friends to join you in!


they have an all day dinning that serves everything from fruit bowls, juices, cocktails, mocktails, pastas, burger & pizzas.

two great drinks to begin with, a cocktail called plum capirino made with a rum based plum puree and a hazel walnut brownie frappe which one should go for if you prefer less of the sweetness.

we began with this amazing dish called chicken wings. 6 flavourful pieces of peri peri spiced chicken that was paired along with blue cheese sauce!

pizza di polo was the only chicken pizza i caught on the menu. delicious pieces of 10” each with tiny bites of smoked chicken, jalapenos ,olives and combination of parmesan & mozzarella cheese.

the fried chicken steak burger was nice & juicy with asian coleslaw, served with their homade pickle & fries. only missing was some dip to accompany it all!

their desserts were a complete show stellers.
we had a lovely waffle of theirs drizzled with sugar syrup, topped with almond flakes and accompanied with cream cheese. they were adequately crisp with a subtle flavour of vanilla and cream cheese enhancing its taste.

we next tried this unique dessert preparation of a french toast with whipped cream and a super yummy berry compote on top!


they always have some innivative stuffs coming up and especially their weekends are always buzing with different kinds of events so make sure you follow their page and keep yourself updated with their latest happenings.

also they have an all day dinning so make sure to reserve a table with them before you go.

the peri peri chicken wings are delicious.

but the grilled sandwiches are aweful. i ordered the grilled smoked chicken sandwich
1. i expected unprocessed chicken but they used chicken sausages! not healthy and totally not mentioned in the menu
2. you might as well call this a mayonnaise sandwich. the chicken was doused in mayonnaise. i could barely taste the other ingredients. it was pretty disgusting and unappetising to be honest.
3. sourdough bread was good, nicely butter grilled as well. i liked that, but that overdose of mayo just made it hard to taste anything else.

i orderd one chicken steak burger costing rs.400+. but was very much shocked to see the size of the burger. it was so small that it looks like a baby burger with a small chicken patty. i have never had such a small burger at that price. the burger looks like it was meant for kids.
not at all value for money..avoid ordering this burger. it was my 1st time order from this restaurant was highly dissapointed with the portion and taste.

i ordered the tomato grilled sandwich from them and what struck me was the fabulously baked sourdough bread, the pesto , the fresh mozzarella cheese , great eco-friendly packaging . all enough to get me addicted for the next few weeks that i didn't end up trying other things on the menu. i did try paneer tortilla which was a miss due to the spice levels ! they also readily obliged when the mango smoothie was runny and sent a replacement - assuring customer satisfaction which is a much needed value proposition when most orders are takeaways due to the lockdown ! for the quality and service i would highly recommend them and love to try more things here next time i am around .

a cute little garden restaurant, bistro vagator is bordered by bougainville and dotted with adorable head vases and is quite a dreamy spot to spend the day or an evening, away from the bustling beaches and crowds.

the menu spans healthy fruit bowls and smoothie bowls, waffles and french toasts, appetizers, grilled sandwiches, pasta, burgers and pizza, juices, and more. i absolutely loved what i tried - flaky fried chicken (so crispy!) with southwest sauce, piri piri fried chicken with blue cheese sauce, baby corn, and broccoli tempura with honey sriracha sauce. for mains, i opted for a safe alfredo pasta since it had been ages since i had one. missed dessert although when i looked at the board of desserts while entering the restaurant, i vowed to try the strawberry tart! sitting on their swing under the mango tree can have that effect on you 😻

the staff is pleasant and very receptive. it is better to visit in the evenings, however, even in the afternoon, you'll be sheltered from the sun by the trees - and there are a few fans around to keep you cool.

outdoor under the trees with wooden tables gives it a perfect ambience of a beer garden serving one of the best alchohols and coktails .. they are premium with the selection of alcohol collection and few of their signature dishes ..... the food menu is apt and will not makebyour mind giggle on what u need to have .... their unlimited barbeques is surley to try for as its a meat lover party ... over all an amazing place to be ..surely not to be missed

the ambience here is so good. perfect place if you want to have amazing food with a good vibe. must have their pizzas for sure. definitely an experience worth it.

while searching for places on zomato, bistro is what we came across really close to where we booked our stay in goa. must say, i didn't expect it would turn out to be so damn good. right from the ambience to the food, everything was just perfect.

the decor here is what really sets the vibe just right. completely open air with a lot of elements put right where they belong. you can also find tables occupied by people using it as a co working space - if you'd like to do that you must choose this over the others.

in the food well we were spoilt for choices. almost everything in the menu seemed so delicious we just wanted to try everything out! finally settled for a few and trust me they all were simply fabulous.

must try their garlic butter prawns, pastas and pizzas. so damn delicious you'll never forget the taste once you dine here. they also have multiple events during the evening slots do check out their insta handle for the same. overall its definitely a must visit place for me. go for it!
