bistro c beachside restaurant & bar

had dinner last night. i was expecting a ala carte style menu because of the price & it was a beach front restaurant but was happily surprised the serving size of our meals we're pretty decent sized servings. i ordered a miso salmon which was slightly over salty and my sister ordered a fish pasta which was really good and some sides. overall food was really good the waitress was really nice. and i found this place to be better than sails.

average food, over priced, okay view - which is what you're paying for.

service average as they are just far too busy.

okay typical brunch food, but you can do better elsewhere.

had a table on the weekend for breakfast and only a few of us were satisfied with the meals.
the truffle mushroom was bland, tasted a bit fishy and not even a hint of truffle.
the fritta was also very bland.
avo on toast was good.
coffees not too bad.
the breakfast burrito was good.
this was the first time eating here and we didn't return the next day.

this is a great restaurant with friendly attentive service, delicious food and drinks menu and a stunning view of noosa beach. ordered a favourite koana brewing co beer and had the coconut chicken salad and my partner had the beef tacos. the restaurant being fully booked (i can see why) and the food came out quickly. loved it!

a group of 4 of us showed up outside the bustling restaurant, we sat down and was greeted by a waitress saying "if you want food it wait is 30mins" we didn't we just wanted coffee and a pastry. anyways 25 mins later we enquired where our coffee was and we're told about 15 mins - after querying this we got a "oh sorry" - we cancelled - if i could rate as 0 i would - such bad service.

no words can describe how good bistro c is!

coming uo from melbourne we have been to some great restaurants but bistro c has to be our favorite restaurant of all time.

such good vibes, service and food. so clean, inviting and fresh!!

a must if in noosa!

pierre the waiter is a valuable asset to the resturant. he was super friendly and went above and beyond.

great joint! super friendly staff and great service. food was delicious. had their specialty calamari which are lightly battered as well as the chicken tofu salad which was fresh and tasty.

these guys have the best location on hastings st - without question. if you want a table at the front facing the ocean/ book.
it's pretty. lear those tables go first to regulars and bookings. that said most tables have a view.
menù choices include lots of local produce and seafood.
service is friendly occasionally bordering on a bit too familiar but that's a "coasty" thing i think.
food is delicious, looks beautiful and portions are generous.
the bartender makes a mean aperol spritz!

highly recommend this bistro. the seafood spaghetti was delicious clearly known as one of their specialties as lots of people were eating it. followed by a very special malted milk honeycomb, berries, broken tart, and nut burnt butter gelato. flavor flavor flavor

quite poor and really not sure what the hype is all about. the table we sat on was wobbly to the point our drinks spilt, the eye fillet my partner ordered was fatty and rubbery, the 'steak' knife was also blunt and made it a mission to cut through the meat. the grilled salmon fillet i ordered was served with chopsticks and drowning in soup, the flavours made no sense? really not sure why?
sitting was at 8:30 and the restaurant was starting to empty, yet the staff were still not attentive enough to fill up my water glass more than once, leaving my glass empty for over 30 minutes. the windows looking out to the water were badly smudged with greasy finger prints, which was quite off putting when eating dinner. 
i've eaten at restaurants all over australia and the world and this was overall an extremely disappointing experience. for the price they expect you to pay you would hope for a lot better than 1/5 stars. go elsewhere.

as holiday peeps, i booked bistro c online a week ago and asked for a table on the window and when we got there we were lucky enough to be given one. the site of the waves is just lovely. my husband and i started with the sweet potato chips. first up they were hot-hot (yay, chips must be hot) they were also crispy on the outside soft in the middle. we then shared the seafood spaghetti for 2. the pasta was cooked perfectly. lots of seafood (yay again) there was so much of it you could share it for 3! i was too tired to stay for dessert so look out i'll be back to try it out another night! the staff were quick and more than happy to have a little chat to us tourists too, to make our experience wonderful.

sensational service, great food and the best view of the beach - what's not to love about this place!
thanks again zomato for finding this gem, which is not the easiest to find, but well worth the effort. i can't remember a dining experience with warmer and friendlier staff than this place. full credit to them and whoever is hiring and training the staff. they were all well presented, with warmth and a relaxed professional attitude to be admired.
my pulled pork with sweet potatoes and bacon jam (yum!) could have been served a little hotter, and mrs kiwichef found her smashed avocado and feta dish a little salty overall (i enjoyed what she couldn't finish), but both dishes were immaculately presented on beautiful over-sized plates, and the flavours worked well.
the cappuccinos were among the best i've ever had, and pretty much got inhaled straight away!
top notch on all levels, and an absolute pleasure to dine there - go!!

our first night in noosa and we decided to come back to bistro c as we did 3 years ago. what a beautiful meal, the trout sashimi was flavoured so well and the mains, pork belly plus ricotta gnocchi were both delicious. service was friendly and attentive. definitely worth a visit

the best deep fried whole snapper in town ! complimented with sticky and spicy sauce as a wednesday night special. the staff were awesome enough to cook it for me on thursday night as they know of my food intolerances and nothing else was suitable. amazing staff. amazing food and i'll definitely go back when i'm back in noosa.

great service, from the outset, foh staff organised the perfect table (no reservation on a busy friday night), wait staff were prompt, courteous and present but not on top of you. the food was on par for what they are charging. the dishes are creative, well balanced and very tasty. nothing at all to complain about! great way to start our noosa vacay!
