primeribgood. my family and i had a great day out exploring southern nevada and we ended up at fremont street for the evening. we decided on this café. all of us tried the prime rib. we were shocked at how thick the cut of delicious dead cow that came to our table. the primeribwas served perfectly cooked. the au jus was a little watered down but still good and the horseradish sauce had a kick to it. the sides that came with it were bland and disappointing but the primeribmade up for it.
