already planning my next visit!. truly a yummy burger! i can't attest to it being the best in town but it's ranked up there! the rings are something special, enjoyed the tots, the fries-so-so. for sure everyone needs to give it a try-it beats out most, plus they can not be any friendlier and service minded! great place.

extremely slow. 15 minutes to cook a to go burger. the prices are high for the amount of food you get. 6 onion rings (plum size) for 3.29 the patties are not handmade and the cook was disheveled. not worth your time.

great little burger place. not flashy, just good food. loved the onion rings, nice and crunchy not greasy. try the 1929 burger. friendly staff and fast service.

from the outside, this place looks like trash.  from the inside, this place looks like trash.the dollar tree decor was amusing, until it became apparent that the cheap extended into their food and condiments.  

the layout is typical of walk-in, order, sit.  the food is all sysco garbage.  unfortunately for the community, this is the best burger in the city.  at my fattest, i could jump a higher bar.

i ordered the hot chick.... sounded good, but was very rubbery. i would have better enjoyed eating the sandwich with only bread and cancun sauce. wife ordered the en feugo, the beef portion was dry and not particularly tasty, but the rest of the burger was good. she gave my hot chick a try and couldn't make it past the first bite. also ordered a children's burger (again dry and bland) along with some chicken nuggets. nuggets were run of the mill from the frozen section at the grocery. probably the best tasting item we ordered. very disappointed spending $30 on the meal we received. we were hoping to find a great burger joint closer to home.

good. small place, maybe a touch high for what you get but better than big chain places.
had the ladder 49. it was pretty damn good. next time i'd go double meat but one patty was sufficient. fries and tots pretty standard but crispy so fine by me. order guy was friendly and helped with the recommendation since i was new. i'll go back.

great burger, friendly staff, and quick service. i could eat the cajon sauce from the ladder 49 burger on everything! just finished my burger and can't wait to go again.

i want to like this place as it's close to my house and i like to support small business. but, this restaurant kind of needs an update. the floor never looks clean and when we were there water was dripping from a ceiling pipe. normally i'd overlook this if the food was terrific, but i just don't think it is. i'm still on a quest for a great burger that isn't made by 5 guys.

nothing flashy, just a very tasty old fashioned burger. the homemade onion rings were good as well. if you're in the area it's worth a stop.

big bams burgers!. my husband loves their huge pork tenderloin sandwich and the menu items that have this spicy kick to them! i like that i can get a good salad when he wants a hamburger. we both like how their tater tots and onion rings are slightly crispy on the outside but soft on the inside instead of just soggy all over like a lot of places. we wish there was one more out south! if you're around shawnee mission parkway and i-35, it's just a few minutes west.

a top notch burger with first rate service. i ordered the "ladder 49" bacon cheeseburger ($5.59) with tots and a drink ($2.89) at the counter. my order was delivered to my table within eight minutes. the burger patty was thick and juicy, the toppings were fresh and delicious, and the tots were very tasty. the restaurant was spotless (with pleasant music playing), and the service was spectacular. the lady at the counter was cheerful, friendly, and efficient. i was greeted when i entered, checked on while i ate, and thanked when i left. it was a good experience.

bam's was busy when i was there. the dining room was almost full and a steady stream of customers came in to do takeout. i discovered why when i got my order. the burger was thick and juicy, the tater tots were crunchy and flavorful. i've added 'back to bam's" to my to do list.

wife won on where we went and i'm glad she did. cool spot, great food (burgers, fries, rings, and tots). awesome service. we will be back.
