bellinis

only good for brunch. tried dinner twice- very underwhelming and overpriced. when people say the service is bad, you have to flag down a server if they come near you and it takes 40 minutes to get a drink and food. stay away unless you want to leave angry.

this place is a joke to eat at or work for!!. i worked here about a year ago. management was terrible along with other servers. i had so many other table complaints about service being rude and wanting me to serve them. it's hit or miss on service there. i only worked there for about 2 months b/c of management and staff were so rude to guest. i've seen the gm mike yell at guest. this is unacceptable especially when you are the guest and you are spending money. of course i tried all the food there and it was just ok, very over priced. don't waste you time with this place.

great fine dinning. my wife and i have been coming to bellini's for about 4 years now always have great service we go to every wine dinner and have a great time with friends that we meet there. service is impeccable, we will be coming back for years to come .

overpriced underserved. order a meal to go. they said everything i ordered was good to go. got home and the meal was missing the side dish and the 6 bread sticks we ordered were substituted for 2 hard rolls.
when we called we were told the meal we ordered wasn't typically served that late, and the bread sticks were something they tried to do special.
we could come pick up the broccoli, that was all they could do for us. wouldn't reccomend.

worst service! good food! don't waste your time or money, because owners don't care about the customers experience.. i can barely give this restaurant a single star. the single star was for the food, which was excellent and i feel empathy for the chef who did an excellent job. the service delivery was without a doubt the worst i have ever experienced....to the point we had to smirk to keep from getting angry. the evening of january 24, i am embarrassed and humiliated that i planned a family gathering at bellini's restaurant. we were celebrating my niece's 21st birthday, had family from dallas, tulsa and okc. the service was horrendous, to the point the managers apologized numerous times. the managers admitted our server had no training and should have never been on the floor without someone guiding and teaching him.
- pre-dinner cocktails trickled out slowly, one at a time so we waited, melting/watered down until all were served before toasting the birthday girl.
- ordered an appetizer for the table, specifically requesting to be served before the entrees; however it was brought out after several of the entrees were served, but several entrees were still not served, so we turned the appetizer away.
- salads were never served until we asked about them after we received some of our entrees and ended up with only two out of four salads were delivered.
- no wine list offered although we were counting on having a couple of nice bottles of wine with dinner.
- one niece never received her entree until end of meal, so we all shared our meal with her, so that we could go ahead and eat.
- no one bused our table of empty glasses until requested. and then only had water with our meal due to not having the opportunity to order wine.
- pizza entrees were served one on a pan, one on a plate, whatever they seemed to have handy.

i have no idea why this restaurant can expect to have future success. i have traveled the world and obviously eaten in many restaurants and without a doubt this felt like an "okie" joke, which as an "okie" myself makes it that much more embarrassing.
even after two management staff acknowledged the total cluster and were extremely apologetic we were not offered any type of reprieve with the bill.
i put it all back on the owners for this reason:
my only request when we received our bill, was to at least knock off the 'single' drinks we ordered, knowing that it cost the restaurant very little for the drinks, knowing their margins on a small amount of alcohol were high.
shockingly, the owners said no. the manager admitted he was appalled that there was not reprieve or acknowledgement. to me that translates to total arrogance by the owners.
when even the management is embarrassed, you realize they have some big problems.
i cannot believe i put my family through this debacle. we tried to be very reasonable, calm and nice.

all i can say is social media is powerful and i will not hesitate to share our experience and let people know the arrogance of the owners 'policy'. no restaurant is perfect, but one would expect them to own their mistakes and do they 'right thing' for the customer.
do not risk wasting your time and money at bellini's restaurant. this night was an embarrassing debacle for the restaurant and for me planning a family gathering.

the buthion's while touting their experience, appear to be amateurs on the service side of restaurants. wake up and take some service lessons from hal smith's training program and restaurants. amazing any restaurant could be this bad and not own it.
bottom line, don't risk your time and money at bellini's.

great food!. i recently went for lunch with my husband and had a wonderful time and great service. i enjoyed one of the best chicken fettuccine alfredo dishes, while my husband had the amazing lasagna. we will definitely be back!

fantastic experience. i recently stopped in for lunch with a friend. the entire experience was top notch. the staff were professional, friendly and attentive. the atmosphere was elegant but still bright, cheerful and unpretentious. the cuisine was phenomenal, everything was tasty and cooked to perfection. i will definitely be returning.

came to bellini's today (sunday, december 28, for brunch. good was great but the service was terrible. we had an absentee server who didn't even so much bother to introduce himself to us. when we asked the hostess about it she got short and very rude with me. i am most offended by her attitude.

terrible service/ok food. i ordered a ceaser salad with my dinner which tasted nothing like a caesar salad. i let it go. i got my pizza and after noticing they forgot to put pepperoni on the pizza i told the waiter and he took it back. a few minutes later i got my pizza back with half cooked pepperoni all over the pizza. needless to say i was very disappointed in the way it was handled and in whoever forgot my pepperoni whether it was the waiter or the kitchen. handled horribly.

bad food, bad service. the only food that was good was the blueberry muffins which were one per person. the muffins were brought right after we ordered and there was no other bread served. i ordered the margherita frittata which should have had roasted roma tomatoes, fresh basil, and fresh mozzarella. it was loaded with onions and had no tomatoes and it was rubbery. the second person at my table had the the eggs benedict. one of her eggs had no yok. the third person had the deal which was 2 eggs any style with bacon and sausage. he had to ask for toast and it did not arrive until after he had given up and eaten the eggs. the potatoes on all of our plates were deep fried in stale oil and were greasy.

service was also bad. our waiter looked like he was pained to serve us. some tables waited over an hour for food. when they asked about their food they were told the restaurant was busy and they would get their food when they got it.

whenever i went there on valetines day, they were absolutely fantastic! me and my girlfriend loved the atmosphere.

i bought my daughter here for her birthday and my waitress was really nice and water stayed full. our salads were great but the actual dinner was horrible. it taste like grease right from the fryer!! i got the chicken with the pesto paste with a mushroom. it was the worst meal i have ate in a long time. don't waste your money!!!

untrained wait staff. i have not been to bellini's since the new management. we had a large party seperated into two tables. as we were ordering one customer order an apptiziters and an entree, the waitress said"oh, i guess you are hungry." not appropriate on any level. i ordered a medium priced wine and as we waited and waited for the wine....she informed us "that the wine was up." not sure. why?! she repeatedly tried to clear plates as we were eating. another couple order the antipasta plate and when asked "if they lked it?" obviouly they had not eaten any of the it, they replied "no" and she said "what do you want me to do?" when asked for a dessert menu she brought one for a table of 10. she waved the 'one' menu around while one lady dodged the paper menu. i order a dessert and she placed it in front of us turned at a 45 degree angle and left. we had no flatware so we waited. when asked for a fork she reached down at the end of the talble and handed us a spoon.....really? when i asked a different waiter over and raised a few of my concerned he said he would send a mangager over.
after speaking to him there was no compensation for the under trained waiter.
poor will not return. too bad. love la baguette

this place is gross - way too expensive for olive garden style food!

aged filet seared and baked w/sangiovese glaze( its just a red italian grape wine note not sweet) its served with parmesan gnocchi (italian version of dumpling type texture), grilled tomato & veggie kabob. best filet & reasonably price. oh and bellini's has a dress code. its fine dinning no athletic gear unless your in the nba for example ijs. just dress nice, i would hate for your dress to get you turned away. my staple choice meal (4 oz. filet @ bellini's ristorante & grill)

lobster, shrimp, & brandy fired pizza. amazing presentation of this pizza. nothing more exciting about lighting a pizza on fire at your table.
the capri pizze' will cost you about $22
lobster bisque, mozzarella, shrimp and lobster finished with a tableside brandy flambé. it is worth the try. once it is cold the pizza crust becomes really gummy, so you will have to eat it hot.

i really hated my favorite steak from bellini today. the filet was full of fat like a sirloin or a ribeye. i was disappointed to the max. my go to meal had finally failed me. however the manager did make it over.

bellini @ the waterford is private fine dining. they have 1 of the best tasting filet $18.00 for the 4oz & $32 for the 8oz. they are open late on friday & saturday 1030 am to midnight. they even have a great brunch menu on sundays
