food is okay. we ordered pork, chicken (paa), and chorizo barbecue. the meat were well marinated. the pork and chickenbarbecuewere tender and freshly grilled. it wasn't pre-cooked.
price is more or less similar to that of yakski and matias. i was craving for ngohiong and i was planning to order a piece or two. too bad, they're not selling it per piece though. an order of doming's ngohiong (5pcs) costs p60. fair enough though because business wise, it would be costly on their part to just fry just 1-2 pieces of ngohiong.
when we were at the counter for our order, there was one little boy who asked where his order was. a few minutes later, two guys came up and asked about their orders too. they were hungry and at the same time disappointed that they asked for a refund and decided for their orders to be canceled.
gi then sweetly told the lady at the counter, "ate, ayaw kalimti ug luto among order ha." i was giggling beside him while he was reminding the lady. a few minutes later while we were occupied taking photos of the place and checking our social media pages, our orders were then served. well i guess, you just have to ask "extra" nicely. haha
parking space is ample. and we like that the place is located inside a food complex so the area doesn't get polluted by moving cars and vehicles unlike open area establishments located beside the street. dining at barbix is like having abarbecueparty at your backyard.
overall, in terms of food, price, ambiance and service, #thelifeaholics recommend barbix. it's a no fuss dining place for the budget conscious who's craving forbarbecueand grilled food.
