it was karva chauth and we decided to eat dinner after seeing moon.
to start with, food was not prepared on time at restaurant itself. it was pretty late in preparation and i had to call restaurant to get it done.
then delivery person said he will deliver otherorderfirst.
zomato should add this in process that if the restaurant prepares food late, then atleast food should be delivered on priority.
food taste was not the same as it tastes in restaurant. if the same food had been prepared and served at restaurant. they would have got some good hearing from customer. now since it is delivered online, taste and quality was not at all been cared.
overall a bad experience on karva chauth.
