went here for birthday, and had really nice and cozy dinner.

theambiencewas good. i went there to celebrate my wife's birthday. they were aware of the event and greeted us with a refreshing welcome drink. unfortunately within 5 mins of our arrival it started raining and they informed us that they have to close the bar. we rushed towards the lobby leaving food and drinks on the table and waited for the staff to help us find a place to sit. no alternate arrangements were made for us. we waited in the lobby for nearly 15-20mins for the bill (most of which we left on the table itself and even the food that was packed got spoiled due to rain and poor packing). the whole birthday plan got spoiled.

disappointed that no one from bang/ritz took an initiative to make things better by suggesting an alternate restaurant/lounge within the same hotel. next day, i called them to share my experience but didn't got a chance to talk to manager in charge as he was busy. although i was assured that manager will give me a call soon.
didn't expect such service from brand ritz. disappointed.

happened to visit on a sunday late evening where the breeze was cool, sky was clear and everything seemed good except for service. i was initially shown a seat which i did not like, so they escorted me to another seat which i appreciate. after sometime, i was not so impressed with this seating as it was the corner most seat with neither a great view that i expected nor was it easy to order something. i informed the service staff twice to help me shift to another seat and they said they will surely help, but nobody seemed to bother for 10-15 minutes. i had to call the main telephone number 5-6 times and finally someone arrived who got me a good seating. in this particular corner seat that i mentioned, i had to raise my hand so many times to grab their attention, so i could order more. exemplary service is when you know which customer is seated where, what they have ordered, is it time to go to their table and check if they need to order anything else and that's what i expect from a classy place that is exorbitantly priced. if i had to grab the attention of the service staff by raising hand every now and then, i would rather sit in a cheap local bar. like someone else has rightly mentioned in one of the reviews, there is a hint of snobbish attitude by some of the service staff. you certainly want to address that, because bangalore has plenty of other rooftops with better service. sunday sundowner with dj ivan's music is a plus.ambienceis good. i have not explored much in the food section. i would definitely like to visit the place for its classy appeal and for nothing else at the moment.

i liked theambience.good place to relax since everything about the place is so pretty and warm..i have tried their dessert's and drink..i must say its moneys worth and the service is a1. however the music needs some improvement :) ..but yes pay a visit , you'll return back home with a smiley face.

was here last weekend, it was not a random thing but had been meaning to visit this place for a long time.! had discovered this place on zomato and it looked lit.!

let me start: the place offers an amazing view of the city.ambiencewill not disappoint you at all and neither will the drinks. we ordered a cocktail, “mutual life” and it was amazing. the drink could serve two.!

for food, we had some chicken (i’m not able to recollect the name), it was kinda andhra style and spicy. the chicken seemed really fresh and juicy.! so, full marks on that.! for main course, we went with gosht biryani, i was a little disappointed here, either we were served veg biryani or the meat was minced way too much, couldn’t figure. as i had to cut my night early, i just ate it..! the taste was good though.

courtesy of the staff was as usual, they were at their sublime best.! a place like this always gets a win with the courtesy of their staff.! we were attended by soham, he was always around, made sure that we were having a good time. to top it all, he also provided us with complimentary shooters. it was a different concoction but i absolutely loved it.! would take a moment to thank soham for his service.! 😊

gotta say one of the best experiences here in bangalore, such a lovelyambienceto be in, coming to the service part mr. nikhil was quite generous by hosting us & making us comfortable, would love to visit more often.

visited on a weekday evening. the view from the rooftop and service were good. theambiencewas little dull due to limited crowd. there were only limited food options. the price was surprisingly very reasonable.
tip: visit on the weekend if you want a lively atmosphere

i visited this place last weekend with my girlfriends. i have to say the hospitality was subpar! i would like to give a special shoutout to nikhil for providing us with a five star experience. he took care of all our needs patiently and made us feel at home! the drinks were amazing and theambiencewas just so cozy.. i would recommend this place to everyone i know ! :)

the staff are extremely welcoming of you. the cocktails are great and theambienceis quiet honestly unmatched. went there for a birthday and the staff were very warm in giving us the best seats in the house and a tiny complimentary cake! 😁❤️ will definitely recommend and go back for the special occasions

this is one of the best rooftop pubs..at blr. crowd is happening .. better have a booking else it’s impossible to get a seat on sat and sun.ambienceis top notch .. food could have been better ..service is good

so i ve been here a couple of times. always had a good time. warm and friendly service. amazingambienceand good place to party as well. walked in last saturday with a couple of my girlfriends. and we found that the place was not happening that particular night. had a glass of water was about to walk out and this particular person from the service team called deviyani walks up to us and told us that we did not walk into a dhaba to have a galss of water and charged us for it. we did not mind paying for it. but the attitude was definitely not the standards of ritz carlton as we have dined in the other outlets as well and had a really good experience.

go there to experience warmth and luxury. the sunset is beautiful from up there.

the service is great. theambienceis perfect, there's something special about the wind there. their food is good. however, there aren't too many options on the menu. they have a huge collection of alcohol and cigars.

i totally recommend this place. a perfect date place or you could just go there to chill with your friends.
