great sushi. this place has the very best sushi of any other in town. each roll that i have tried has been delicious. i don't feel bad asking for extra spicy mayo or eel sauce. the staff makes you feel very welcomed and most of them are very good. i haven't tried the hibachi, but it looks great as well. thank you very much bamboo for your service and wonderful sushi!!!!!! try the bama roll!! roll tide roll!!

top quality food and service at great prices. the owner john, takes quality in his food, chefs, atmosphere, and service seriously. the food chosen for preparation is always 1st quality, even the rice is 1st quality. absolutely no msg used or artificial flavors or preservatives. his chefs are hand-picked and especially trained how to cook with flair, and are happy to comply with any dietary requests. waitstaff is attentive, atmosphere pleasant, and overlooks a lake in the back of the restaurant. all at great prices, and you can usually find a groupon or other promotion to try them out. my family and i give it 5 stars.

we went in today for a early dinner... and we were seated promptly... (we eat at the other bamboo which is amazing every time we eat there and never had a problem....) since we are familiar with the menu from the other one that as soon as we are seated we both order water and sushi boat a.... which ordering so fast seemed to offend the waitress... and as she goes to get our drinks, and we assumed salads and miso (like the other bamboo near the mall offers) she's gone for almost 10 mins and passed our table around 3-4 times in the 10 mins... glancing at the table but not stopping, remembering or even giving us a chance to stop and remind her.... so after that 10 mins we both just got up and left.... worst experience out of any place we've ever eaten..... (just because of the negligence of the waitress)

nasty food and too rustic of an environment to enjoy. there is plywood next to where they serve food. the manager is nice and tries to provide good service but there's a smell in the restaurant.

fun night, good food. went for an anniversary dinner. ordered delicious drinks and got both sushi and habatchi and loved it. lots of food! the scallops were fresh and the sushi was made well and had lots of authentic flavors. can get pricey but its a fun night with a show!

spendy, but worth it. took my wife here for our 8 year anniversary. excellent place, open floorplan makes it kind of loud when they get busy. good selection and excellent quality. back porch seating in addition to hibachi tables. a fun place to eat great food.

hadn't checked them for lunch specials, but they are a ways out for a lunch break.

new years eve. we took the gold wing restaurant review assn over here, the food was good, but being new year's eve made them a little rushed. it was cooked in front of you of course and they did all the cute stuff with the egss and fire and other assorted tricks. i'd go back again.

first visit. hire a staff!!!! we go to other hibachi style restaurants and it was our first time here. we were very frustrated with the time it took to get a table-not for lack of tables. there were tables everywhere but there was a lady that was the manager, hostess, bartender, take out person, and cashier. when i arrived they wouldnt seat me because only 3 out of 4 of us were there , i think their staff wasnt there. it was my birthday and i just wanted a margarita. 25 minutes it took me to get to the table. the server was not very friendly, like he was rushed and was very task oriented.

the chef was wonderful and the food was fabulous!!! we had the las vegas roll, it was delicious!!! the hibachi dinners we ordered were deliciious as well. we would return again just make sure that we have all the time in the world!!

by far the best hibachi in mobile! great service, amazing food, nice people! worth the money. hibachi was hilarious! awesome guy! lots of laughs! best time at a hibachi!
