bestplacein manekchowk...ordered butter masala dosa & sp balan gotala dosa....masala dosa was like literally dipped in butter which was losing its taste in orignal...gotala dosa was yup perfect crispy and its malasa was yum...

if you visit manek chowk, then i highly recommend that visit thisplaceor rather i should say that order from this place. a nice menu of south indian dishes, mainly dosas. do try the gwalior dosa. i had the gwalior as well as konkani and both were superb. must try this place.

i get goosebumps !! goosebumps when i visit thisplace!! its freakin awesome . pocket friendly and yet delicious food @anytime in night .! gwalior dosa must eat...best here....!! 👌❤

normally i don't eat south indian dishes, but thisplacemade me forget that thought and i had a great time finishing out their butter dhosa. of course perfect hangout spot with food junkies and friends. just awesome..

night time food party happens at manekchowk.. all time favs are pavbhaji, pulav & balan dosa. thisplacehas been there for ages, so as the "balan dosa". they keep on introducing fusion dosas and majority are well accepted by the foodies. may be its been there since sometime but i recently had a chance to try out their "gotala dosa".. its fabulous and really innovative fusion. i personally find the maxican flavour in it. i just loved it, people may feel its overpriced for the ambience and surroundings... but thats what manekchowk is to live for. get stuffed and never get tired of earing.. here, your tummy is full but your heart is never!! :)

thisplaceis for foodie who is okay to have extra cheese and extra butter.
this is one of the must do things in ahmedabad.
located at old city manekchow area.
morning to evening you will find jewellery shops and night for foodies.
from chocolate pizza to bhaji dosa you will find fusion food if you have an eye for it. although its street market but this is not cheaper than any mid range restaurant because they use highest standard quality like cheese of amul brand
thisplaceis covered in many local radio stations to national news channel and movies too

balam (cheese gwalior dosa)
now take a note that there are other stalls which you can reach from backside of it and stalls are for kulfi dalwada gathiya jalebi etc

i will keep this review simple and blunt. i visited thisplacewhen i was in ahmedabad. i have heard a lot about manek chowk and had to visit here at any cost. so, when i visited, i was shocked to see the no. of people that lined up to eat food at this particular place. the speciality here is the famous gwalior dosa and while i am sure that the other varieties will be good, the gwalior dosa definitely takes all the spotlight. a perfect dosa which is so rich in butter that it is softer than silk. the molten butter dripped through this particular delight like molten cheese from a chicago deep dish pizza. and its aroma was enough to fill the atmosphere. i think i have never had a dosa better than this. this is one thing that every person in ahmedabad must eat. hell, it is one thing every person should go to ahmedabad for. from my side, it's one of the best thing you will ever have.

a super busyplacebuzzing with people.  difficult to get aplaceto sit but the wait is worth.  ordered plain cheese dosa made in butter.  it was crisp and just as we expected.  if you are at manek chowk, do visit this stall for yummy dosa....

in ahmadabad, if you want to go an extra mile for dosas... this is yourplacewhere you should be headed. good delivery experience and for best taste you should be eating at theplacein-stead of parcel.

serves great food and recognized by tlc as well. years in their business at manek chowk at still the same taste since last decade.

you won't be disappointed for dosas that i can guarantee obviously just out of exceptional case!!!

one of the must visit food joints in manekchowk food park. theplaceserves south indian cuisine and the most famous ones to try here is gwalior dosa, gotala dosa, and pepper dosa. while you try this dosa, you would never need sambhar or chutneys.

praises about thisplaceand it's delicious food can be heard all over town, yet i feel the need to again tell you that you have to try it out if you are in ahmedabad. hands down such great food at such decent rates. i usually love tasting different dishes but don't have them in huge quantities. but this time i didn't realize how much i was eating.
the gwalior dosa is amongst the most renowned and that's surely for a reason. the dosa was light and the richness of the butter. amazing. the pav bhaji again was great .
but what surprised me the most were the sandwiches. it was my first time trying the gughro sandwich and when i couldn't stop eating it i realized why amdavadis love it. but i was skeptical about the cheese and pineapple sandwich. in my head it was an odd combination but i was pleasantly surprised.
