if you want to try italian which you wont find anywhere else in amritsar, bakes & beans is the place to go. the ambiance of the cafe is not that good and i’d suggest you to rather order and eat at home (hence decreasing a star). the food though is a 5 star on its own though. the best alfredo pasta & lasagne in amritsar filled with creammmy sauce (pasta) and deliciousness served with garlic bread is a must try. i have also tried their cottage cheese stake which comes with an oh so appetising sauce, mashed potatoes and veggies and the steak is filled with spinach and corn which all in all is healthy as well as a tasty treat for your palette. as per different italian dishes go, i tried the bbq paneer stromboli & cannelloni fiorentina both of which were unique and delish as well!😋 as far as sweet dishes go, i tried their banoffee pie which was okish but not too shabby. one dish that was weird was the lebanese platter, it had 2 dips, hummus, falafel but also has a weird italian red sauce sautéed vegetables also..

one of the first cafe of ludhiana. the place has maintained it’s vibes and menu since last 10 years. they have expanded throughout these years but still you’ll feel nostalgic whenever you go there. the sandwiches are good. pizza is superb. coffee is average. teas are good. the only place which is constant in ludhiana. service used to be great but now it is just average

it is " one of the go to places" in amritsar to have a cup of real good coffee in a really vibrant sitting place. the menu is decently extensive and you can choose from a variety of sandwiches, pastas pizzas and many more. and the thing to die for is the banoffie pie which is a must try.

its a quaint place with some delicious food ...
do try the shepards pie and pasta. its tasty ... service is slow though we had to wait for a long time for our food .
do try out their desserts especially the chocolate mousse,tiramisu and choco lava cake

i love to visit bakes and beans because the quality of food is awesome ,i love eating pizza here with a mug of beer,yeah it’s awesome combination...

▪️this was actually my first time visiting here and there are something’s i noticed. first of a the service was toooooooooo slow, i could only see one waiter and he didn’t come very often to where we were seated. after sometime other waiters also came but by that time we already knew it’s gonna be a slow service.
▪️yes i agree it was a busy day, all tables were full, but the slow service didn’t just happen with me.. everyone sitting over there was complaining of slow service, they should’ve thought about this before hand.
▪️anyways keeping that aside, we ordered the pepperoni pizza, garlic bread with cheese, chicken lasagna.
▪️the pizza was nice, i’ve had better pepperoni pizza but not here in ludhiana. i will say it was not bad, if you order it you’ll not be disappointed.
▪️garlic bread with cheese was your basic dish, if you have a taste for that then you’ll like it, to me it was normal.
▪️the chicken lasagna was something i’d never had before. it was cheesy and full of chicken. i have to say it is a must have!!!! that is the thing i loved the most.
▪️so apart from the slow service the food was nice, it’s a nice place to go with family and a chill lunch date, it didn’t have that valentine feel which was missing but it had a quiet and relaxed vibe.

ther crust is very crispy and the toffe banana combo in between is made to perfection and topped with choco chip.

this place is my all time favourite whether for a gossip session with my friends or an outing with my family, the vibe here makes you just so comfortable. coming to the food review now, i've tried many vegetarian options here and i was never disappointed. it's main highlights are
> lebanese platter - this is an assorted bread platter with different dips, one of it's unique thing so one should definitely try it atleast once.
> veg lasagne - its also good, though not extraordinary.
> cheese garlic bread- i just love it's garlic bread which i generally order with masala tea. both make a great combination.
> also it offers authentic coffees n teas.
> pizza, brownie or burgers i never got disappointed ordering any of these.
so don't give a second thought on trying this place out !

this place has a cold coffee called ‘jungle java’ which is amazing and besides, the mexican fajitas, tiramisu, mushroom alfredo pasta, warm salad, panini are some of my favorites. always love the place and the vibe.

the pizza quality delivered of non veg pizza was disgusting , with d prices that high . the pizza was below average . disgusting to eat . i usually order from here but will never get a pizza again

it's my go-to place for everything. from college friends hangout to family dinners to business meetings.
my personal favorites are b&b special shake, walnut pie with ice cream and cottage cheese steak.
