bait al mandi - بيت المندي

only the packing is big, they wrap 2 layers of thick aluminium foil around the meat(infact mostly bones), and make the packing look big- but to be honest it’s nothing worth for the price… bait al mandi used to be one of the good mandi since i know long back… but now i don’t think so .. i am writing this review not just for the recent order but even for the one earlier.. where the issue was same but i thought maybe once in a while mistake happens… but it’s continuing and especially i believe in international city branch..

at the same time i am not sure if they are doing it on purpose fordeliveryorders…

infact they can try to increase the price a little bit(which we hope all are ok with) and serve quality and quantity food and save the reputation…

many restaurants serving mandi nearby are doing good now because of reputed outlets loading it’s quality, quantity, taste, and customer satisfaction.

if you want to eat mandi that is the right place
their food is perfect. service also is perfect as well .deliveryis so fast receiving food is hot

i am regular in ordering with them but this time they almost charred the chicken portion which made its hard to chew. rest all good and yes thedeliverytime needs to work

ordered chicken mandi fordeliverybut unfortunately not available at 8 pm , then i go for lamb mandi which is not really good . request for spicy sauce but received not really . small pice of carrot at the vegetable plate
but don’t looks fresh , compared to the price , i believe the quality so be much better

food was delivered on time but still thedeliveryguy asked for cash payment even after paying by credit card (online) then he called the restaurant to confirm & asked me to show the sms for proof. soup was also not provided even after ordering 2 mandi's. very dissapointed with the overall service...

i tried their jumeirah branch , hor al anz branch and now international city branch i can tell they have the best mandi ever , the taste on point and thedeliverycame before the estimated time

food is amazing 😉 but only thing missing is their special soups which comes with the food. this branch in international city particularly don’t give that soups among mam 7 branches when we order food for homedeliverywhich is too bad. they even don’t take appropriate actions even after placing special instructions for the soup.

rest all is good.👍

had a lunch delivered from this place. thedeliverywas very late almost an hour from what was mentioned online.

following things ordered

1) mandi chicken
2) chicken madfoon

chutney sauce made of tomato was a disappointment with no taste of pepper or corriander normally used. the chicken was well cooked but the rice was missing flavour.

good fordeliveryorders, always on time.
the seating restaurant itself is not very good.
the portion is very generous and tastes very well, chicken madhbi is just amazing.

great food! worse service! the people who takes the order on the phone are not polite. they talk as if i am begging from them. thedeliveryguy was the worse, he asked me to come on the parking where he is at instead of delivering the food to the reception. i refused, so he went to reception but he handed over the heavy parcel to me with no care and quickly turned his back. the foods almost fell on the floor! very disappointing and rude!

the food was below average. ive had better in many other places. the chicken had a very chickeny taste although it was moist and it didnt have the smoked flavor that mandi should have. however they give good quantity anddeliverywas fast.

best mandi i had so far in uae specially mazbi and madfoom. sitting arrangement is not so good as it is small shop so its better to place adeliveryorder.

an amazing arabic mandi.love the taste. price comparing is ok. mazbhi is very teasty. for mandi lover must try.deliveryis free for it area.in short its good
