thisplaceis absolutely disgusting. horrible customer service. woman at the cashier had a horrible attitude when interacting with customers. this impression was just while waiting in line. as we looked into where the cook was prepping our bagels, we watched as he barehanded all food being prepped... while a box of gloves sat right in front of him. half the menu items were gone and it wasn't even noon. after we asked the cashier/cook to put on gloves, they refused saying "we've been in the restaurant business a long time." and then refused to put on gloves. after arguing with the cashier, we asked for a refund and the cashier very rudely dismissed us out the door. i will never go back.
