asian cafe bar & grill

fresh, flavorful, fantastic. some of the best vietnamese/asian cuisine i've ever had, and the best part (for me) is the asian cafe is only a mile from my house.

i've stopped in for lunch numerous times, ordering something different each time, and have yet to be disappointed. the superfreshveggies/herbs really pop in items like the banh mi; and are also included on the side with the pho (like steve said previously, you have to try it... oh - and thanks steve), so you can add as much/little as you like.

consistency. everytime..fresh& healthy
they have the best crispy calamari we have ever taste! *add extra spicy is you like it hot.

now offering lunch specials that include an entree, fried or white rice, hot & sour soup and two crab rangoon. all for 5.95! great deal!
i ordered the hot braised chicken and it was delicious, flakey, crisp batter around all white meat chicken. the veggie fried rice was not very good, dry and crunchy. the crab rangoon was great, crunchy,freshbut sweet filling. i prefer savory.
service was fantastic as usual! can't wait to go back!

we came for a nice private, low key dinner on nye. the service was great. food was fresh, tastey, hot. we ordered general tsos chicken.. it was great, but wish it was served with lo mein or something other than white rice. we came back a week later, i ordered the same dish and it wasn't as good as the first time. big menu! nice, clean, trendy feel. nice prices too. we will be back, but i will order off viet menu next time.

we had over six diff dishes and several apps. everything wasfreshand yummy. i highly recommend, and i am a very picky eater!

excellent!!. we go here once a week and are never disappointed. try something new, everything on the menu isfreshand full of flavor.

great vietnamese in o fallon!. living in o'fallon, i was very excited to see that a vietnamese place popped up. i'd have been willing to settle for any vietnamese restaurant out this way, but i'm happy to report that asian cafe is much more than that, it is excellent. the service and food and always exceptional, and the prices very reasonable. i try to get a different thing every time i'm there, and have yet to be disappointed. they always give you tons offreshherbs and veggies with your meal too, which is a huge plus.

try the pho and thank me later!

wow. this was the best asian restaurant we've gone to in a long long time spring rolls were to die for and the vietnamese dishes we had were incredible and the appetizers were half price and so were the kirins and chin taus (an incredible beef dish with rice andfreshstirfry veggies-7.95!) we haven't found anywhere in st louis any better than here. highly recommended.

great food and great service. if you haven't tired vietnamese food yet... it's a must!!!! this place had awesome food. i tired the chicken pho' (soup). all the ingredients werefreshand the soup was delish!!! my husband tried tamirand sprimp soup... wow.. it had tons offreshvegies and it's sooo healthy. the service was awesome... thank you rosa :) the bathrooms were clean. you must try vietnamese desert if you haven't. so all you people out there eating fast food and junk, here's a way to eat healthy and try a new cuisine.

great food questionable service. we have been to this place several times. the great food has kept us coming back but the service has been hit or miss. wait staff range from very attentive to down right awful (near empty seating area and still wait 10min before even being wait on). sushi is good andfreshbut can also be extremely slow.

like i said the food is good enough that we have kept returning so we would really like to see this restaurant succeed but i feel it is going to take some work on the service/timeliness end to do so.
