what happened to the quality???. first let me say that arthurs has been one of our favorite restaurants for years! however in the past few months it seems that the quality of their food has really slipped. ever since the menu changed and they removed my sons favorite meal (mini-corndogs) it appears that much has not been the same. this used to be our favorite place to get a burger, the last two times we've been less than impressed with quality of burger and fries. i hope you change your ways, we used tolovethe fried cheese and burgers, now it's only so-so.

on our best burger quest in cincinnati, this was number four. welovethe restaurant, staff and food, parking is a hassle, but we do come here for lunch when we are in the area.

phenomenal burger cooked to order! lovethe ambiance on the back patio. it is a beautiful place w/ nice prices and great service. one of cincinnati's gems!

ilovethe burgers at arthur's. they have a gluten free bun and staff are very good if you have an allergy. ilovethe drinks too. they always have specials and it is a great deal of food for the money. be aware that when you don't get the sally burger (which is always cooked medium well/well done) that medium is more medium rare very pink inside and ordering medium rare is red inside. great neighborhood spot to get a juicy burger.

great food and reasonable prices. ilovethe italian dill pasta salad. i've been going here for 15 years, and i've never received bad service.

very disappointed- lousy service and dry burgers. i have enjoyed going to arthur's for over 15 yrs and especiallylovetheir hamburgers. my wife and i have a 10 month yr old so we have not been there since last fall. we were really looking forward to a nice evening in the courtyard at arthur's.

well, our waitress was clearly more interested in flipping the table than letting us take our time to enjoy our meal. we ordered a salad and the fried cheese sticks which were good. however, our hamburgers came out a minute later. i had not even had a bite of the cheese sticks yet.

on top of that, both hamburgers were extremely well done, almost burnt to a point, and very dry. my wife ordered hers to be med well and i had asked for mine to be medium. even a properly cooked well done burger should still be juicy. for $10.50 a burger, i expect much better.

i don't know why we even stayed at that point. looking back, we should have just gotten up and left. i don't know if last night was a fluke but the place was not too busy which i found surprising considering it was a very nice day. after being regulars for 15 plus years, i am not sure we will be back.

great place!. eclectic without trying to be eclectic. you can't say that about every burger joint in cincy. this one has charm and atmosphere along with great food.lovegoing on tuesday's for the burgers!

good food!. i like arthurs because it's not trying to be anything that it is not. the food is straight forward, the service is straight forward and the decor is straight forward. i appreciate an eclectic place that isn't trying to be eclectic, that's just the way they are.

iloveit. this is a great restaurant if youloveburgers. every time i have visited, i get a nice juicy burger that is always good in flavor. this is a great restaurant. the atmosphere is nice and there is very good service.

burger slam dunk. this is my favorite burger joint hand's down. ilovethe atmosphere, have enjoyed great service every time i've been there and their burgers are just ridiculously good. they have one of the nicest outdoor patio areas i've ever seen - great atmosphere made me sit there for hours with friends just drinking and enjoying the weather. love. it.

hot and cold. i like arthur's because of the atmosphere and quick service. i decided to take a few people there for dinner and show them what it was all about. we ordered burgers and i was more than dissapointed. the burger was cooked well, but they got the order wrong and did not exclude my toppings. okay, no biggie...happens all the time. well, as i went to bite my burger i noticed the bun was cold....like it had just been thawed out. it totally put me off dinner and disappointed me. i had been looking forward to eating there all week. i may give it another try, only because ilovethe burgers.
