the restaurant has great decor, decent food, but i was very turned off by the service. we were greeted outside of the door at 10 till closing and told we would not be seated because the day was "slow." we did get seated after we told them we called 30 minutes prior to clarify on the closing time. yet, i could not get over that kind of service. turning people away during open hours does not actually improve a "slow" day! business 101. the food was ok and the dining room cute, but not enough for me to go back.

first, we made reservations for 8 on mother's day, but they failed to mention that there was a pre-set menu or what that price would be. atmosphere was great and we were seated promptly. my mom ordered a glass of wine when we all ordered our appetizers, which was promptly served when she was finishing her entree (really??). i ordered their sinature strawberry chicken sald for my entree. almost no dressing was detectable, one of my strawberries had a brown, rotting spot the size of a dime on it. maybe the berry had began to rot after the time it took to pass all of our entrees around the table, as our waitress called our our dishes upon arrival to our table as if we were at "mel's diner".... " who had the beef dish??". about half of our party loved the food. the rest of us we stuck wondering why tax, tip, and a soda totalled $57/person. yikes. won't make that mistake again. no apologies from the waitstaff either..... just a thanks for the 18% tip which she didn't really earn.

good food + nice atmosphere = should equal a winner! not if the service is not there!!. my sister made mother's day reservations for 12 family members 3 months ahead of time. we go every year. she wanted to confirm the day before and spoke with "abby" to let her know that we had one more person coming. this woman told her that the reservations are for 12 and that the “they don’t have any extra chairs!” she was extremely rude and abrasive towards my sister and i heard everything that was said. my sister calmly said “please, we just have one more person. this is why i’m calling because no one there called to confirm, so i wanted to let you know.” again “abby” said “you made it for 12 people!” then my sister asked “so who should i uninvited” at that point she snapped “fine, we’ll put in an extra chair.” however, i didn’t go and will never go back there again. and guess what? it’s a good thing i didn’t because there were only 12 chairs! i love the place and food, but not worth the aggravation! this really affected everyone!!

i took a client there for lunch today.  i called first thing this morning to make a reservation for 11:00 a.m. (and they are open for breakfast so should have taken the call) and had to leave a voice mail.  no one called me back within an hour and a half, so i called again and this time someone by the name of raphaele (female - not sure of spelling) answered.  i told her i had left a message but hadn't heard back, so she took all of my information and said i had a reservation for 11:00 a.m. as requested. my client arrived before me a few minutes prior to the appointment time, asked if there was a reservation under my name, and she said there was no reservation under my name. the person at the front seated her and when she asked for a different table because the one she was given was tiny, she was told that it will get very busy inside and the only other option was outside.  the restaurant was practically empty.  when i arrived and was also told no reservation existed under my name.  she was very nonchalant when i explained i had called earlier and was given a reservation.  this is very bad customer service, especially since this was a business lunch and i would have liked to have made a better impression.  the goat cheese dip is delicious but my pesto shrimp salad had very chewy and overcooked shrimp in it.  i probably won't return.

arcadia farms is my go to scottsdale brunch location. unlike the other popular brunch spots throughout old town, this place has a relaxed and chill vibe.
the food has never disappointed me. it's always fresh, full of flavor and presented well. all of the crepes and omelet options are worth trying!
a little tip for ya - ask for the complimentary fresh scones! mouth wateringly delicious, but they don't always give you them!
also pay attention to the fact that they are only open until 3!
sometimes service can be a little slow, but that just gives you time to take in the patio air and cottage feel that arcadia farms offers.

here it goes one of the very first reviews i've ever written. even though i'm a sucker for reading reviews, i'm usually too lazy to write one. so yesterday while looking for thanksgiving brunch we run into this place. it turns out they only serve preordered items. well, long story short they give us four meals with turkey, mashed potatoes, salad and deserts on the house! they really made our thanksgiving not oy because of a free brunch, but also because it was incredibly tasty. now, the next day we decide to try their regular menu and its anazing! we had a tart, savory crepes and crab cakes and every dish is tastier than the other! sangria is very refreshing on 80 degree black friday and service is top notch!

the houston connection. the breakfast was really good and the coffee was great. great ambiance and we are still going to rate it 5 stars despite the poor service from our server.

good food - terrible service - bad experience. the service was remarkably bad. it took 30 minutes to get our appetizer. the waiter was unconcerned and even when the manager comped the first course, we reminded them that we didn't come for free food. we came for a nice lunch out. an experience we did not receive.

great food but not celiac friendly. items on the menu labeled gluten-free were not. when i found something i could order it came out with the goat cheese having been coated in rice krispies before being fried, despite the notation on the order of gluten free. the waitress claimed the coating was just from frying, but checked at my insistance and discovered the error. staff were not knowledgeable about gluten ingredients and cross contamination despite their restaurant's touting their gluten free menu options. once they got my order right though, the food was delicious. a great place to go if you do not have dietary restrictions.

i love love love this place! perfect place for girls lunch. food is always fresh and delicious. my favorites are the mushroom tart and that lemon iced cookie. yummy!

perfect for lunch!. a fabulous relaxing patio, wonderful service and delicious salads and sandwiches. it gets busy so get there early! don't forget to pop over the street to drool over their cakes in their store!

fantastic baked goods and great service. don't skip the caramel brie, you'll love it!

charming. one of my favorite places to meet for breakfast with my mom or sisters. has a feel of a cute little european cottage where i want to sit for hours, drink coffee and catch up with friends or family.

never got to eat there. so, i really wanted to eat here. it looks tasty, cute, etc. however, when i went i apparently arrived too late for breakfast. 10am was too late? they handed me a lunch menu and wine list. really? wine at 10am? they're only open a few hours, and it's a small place - how about keep serving breakfast a bit longer?

arcadia farms café has long been known as the respite for girl lunches and get-togethers, but men the food here is fabulous! factor in some of the most delicious pastries and deserts around, a lovely patio and a warm and friendly staff and your lunch is guaranteed to be splendid, (also did we mention you will score big points for bringing your favorite girl here!) schmooze , always following the recommendations of our wonderful servers, was excited to try the strawberry chicken salad and talk about a beautiful and delish choice! it was almost a shame to eat it! the strawberries were vine ripened and sweet, not a sour one among them, and the chicken was grilled to perfection! the salad was topped off with toasted almonds and glazed with the most enticing poppyseed vinaigrette! the
