anni bhai.. namak thoda kam kardo. basmati se biryani banti hai. ye bhopal bryan hai.. isliye aap menu me biryan likhen sela chawal ki. chatni ki jagah acha raita dijiye. chatni ne aur taste barbaad kar diya tha. zarda pani numa lag raha hai.. chashni ko correct kariye aur thoda elaichi, kewda zafran aur dry fruit ka istemaal karen. pyaaz ki biryaan ( fried onion) golden brown honi chahiye.. jali hui namkeen ki tarah nahi. use crisp hona chahiye par andar se naram.
mustard oil smoke karke banayen.. dalda ya refined se nahi.. nhi to thoda ghee aur thoda mustard oil use karen. refined khatarnakhaiaur ab to mustard aur iska price as pas ho gaya hai. smoke karke tel me mustard ki kadwahat nahi rahegi.
agar kuch banayen to sahi aur durust banayen.. warna nahin banayen.. isme paisa nahi lagega bus thoda pyaar lagega!
