one of the worst behavior we have experienced with the staff of amoeba, itpl. we have booked for 20 pax to have a team dinner. my team mates who were already there didn't like theambienceand food taste apart from bowling. so we called them immediately to cancel the booking. the moment we have cancelled our bookings their true faces were shown. they started to blast us and even they have commented my employer. we still have the call recording with us. the manager started to blast us as if we are in debt to him. we tried to convince them (which is not at all our job) but they were not in a position to listen to us. even we started to blast them after hearing all those words from them. why should we tolerate? it is our wish, either to go there or not. but still ee took the responsibility to inform them about the cancellation. what if we didn't turnup and remained silent? but still my colleague took that responsibility. this is the mistake that we have done.
to add, when we went there to speak with them before booking the appointment, there was no proper response from them. for us it looked like, all sslc failed guys with neatly dressed were aappointed there in this field who are pretending to be a master in this management field. lol...
even they don't deserve this one star aswell, but that's the least rating we have here.
zomato, please think once again to have this hotel (i wouldn't name this as a restaurant/sports bar since it is not the way it supposed to be) in your list.
