visitingludhianafor the first time,decided to call for take away from here as the temperatures outside were unbearable. called for lemon tandoori which was good but nothing over the top. followed it with chicken biryani. i don't why restaurants around the country call a chicken pulao or a chicken wth mixed gravy and rice or any other combinations biryani. they being in the food business have to realise that cooking biryani is an all together different process. overall average food.

at aman chickenludhianathe ambience was smoky, noisy and unruly. the food was quite pedestrian but delicious overall. the service was indifferent and sloppy but rapid. you should visit at least once.

aman chicken a famous joint for lemon chicken lovers ofludhianabut nothing out of the box for me !
you have lot many places which serves you better taste of true punjabi food!
but worth trying and all comments are my personal perception! even the rara chicken they prepare is not authentic!
naan was soft and full of butter and the service is humble and quick!

with seemingly endless options for kebabs, tandoori, butter chicken and daal makhni, there are many places you can opt for a ludhiana. but taste and quality wise baba chicken is undeniably the best! while almost all the dishes are wonderful, we recommend the following :

1) chicken reshmi tikka
2) cheese tikka (paneer)
3) rarra gosht
4) sweet and salted lassi
5) paneer chilli

no trip toludhianais complete, without a visit to aman chicken. the promoter singh saab and his family personally over look the day to day running of the place and are extremely warm and welcoming. the staff to is very polite and courteous. must visit when in ludhiana

every now and then when i visitludhianathis is the place for me when i am in the mood of non-veg food. this place was introduced to me by my colleagues and trust me, every office going person who visitsludhianaget packed their rara chicken and take it for their family. i changed organisations but this trend was universal. if you have not tasted, do try their rara chicken boneless with cream roti...something i tried for the first time inludhianaonly and since then love it. i also enjoy their chicken tikkas which was so juicy and tender that i can have them as many.
ambiance is however needing improvement.
