theirservicewas a disaster, we had to ask for the soup at least 5 times. also, we were 8 people and they gave us a single dish of some items which was not enough for all of us. we had to ask about the rest of the portions multiple times. when we arrived they asked us which daily dish we would like but then like an 45 minutes later they said they ran out of that dish so we did not get what we wanted.

made an order through zomato and was accepted by allo beirut, after 30 minutes and few minutes before iftar time, they declined my order as the item is not available. very badserviceand action from them.

we came out to this outlet specifically to try their shawarma. sadly, the restaurant refused to serve us as they claimed to be out of stock. funnily though, we ordered the same sharwarma on zomato and had it delivered in the restaurant to us. lol. suggesting the restaurant to pay more respect to people who take the effort of coming out to their restaurant.

the food and ambiance are nice but theservicewas very slow. the servers were not acknowledging when being called. even if they see you and you are calling them, they will still walk away. they were not being attentive and taking a long time to do one thing. the order was incomplete. the servers need to be reminded of what to do or what to bring. theservicewas really a let down and needs a lot of improvement.
