i had heard some good things about their outlet in angamly, happened to try this branch during a trip

ambiance
big place with ample seating. its got an arabian feel to it but if you ask me, i would say they have overdone it a little. but that's a personal nitpick if any

very good service. it was the floor captain who waited on us and he was really welcoming and had a smile all through out.

food
we were in middle of a long drive so we went with tried and tested dishes. we played it safe withchickenchatti curry,chickenroast and parata. chatti curry was good, nothing much to note, it was a good curry.chickenroast on the other hand was amzing. i'm a sucker for goodchickenroast and this one didn't disappoint at all. it was yum. kerala parata was as good as it gets. really flakey, soft and done just right. over all it was a good experiance. will go back for more 100%

pathetic food.. not sure if the biryani was over and they did added some rice along withchickenpieces. usually porota is really good at this restaurant but when we ordered it the quality was pathetic and we get better quality porota in local restaurant. no words to explain how worst was chilly beef fry and gobi manchurian. would never ever waste my money ordering from here.

the quality of friedrice was not up mark. there was no chemistry with egg,chickenand rice. also there was no relationship betweenchickenand its gravey in pepper chicken. did not expect this from ali baba

ordered alibaba specialchickenfry, beef chilly, a kuunthal dish andchickenroast. the food was extremely boring and dull. kuunthal was nor prepared properly as we could get the raw taste. we asked for semi-dry beef chilly, they gave us gravy and when we asked about it, they returned with the same beef chilly with less curry!chickenroast masala had a stale taste. all in all, very sad experience and i feel that alibaba has lost its past glory.

we always order from ali baba as they usually maintain basic or above average standards comparing to other restaurants . butchickenfried rice we ordered yesterday (18.010.21) was dry as a sandpaper . and fish biriyani was not up to their usual standards . maintaining quality is very important .

the afghanichickenwas not cook properly , since the delivery was also late, we had to recook. very freaking bad service of giving half cooked food with lots of sugar in it.
never gonna purchase again from here.

bbq is not at all good.chickenwas not cooked properly, as they give nan with it, they must add one curry too in the combo.
