thepastawas having a stale mushroom in it... it spoiled the whole taste ofpastaand by the end every bit of sauce andpastawas having this spoiled taste.. i have ordered 6 times from alchemist and never got a satisfyingpastaflavour... i think first they need to check out other restaurants, taste the food and then decide their prices... honestly, your food taste better than others but still you need to check flavours and quality of ingredients, they are not upto the mark of your prices

beautiful ambience and delicious food. this cafe has simple yet elegant look. both indoor and outdoor seating is available. tried their cappuccino and primavera pasta.pastais rich in taste and has variety of exotic vegetables. it is delectable and a must try. they have a nice book corner which has books for sale too. staff and service is upto the mark. this cafe is usually a bit buzy in the evenings.
must visit for a relaxed and memorable dining experience.

bothpastaand hakka noodles are not even average hot, no sauce no chutney etc provided with both and also the time consuming is 1 hour 30 minutes to get these 2 items.

i orderpastafrom the alchemist from past 5 months almost every week twice and they've reduced their portion size to just half from may to august! kinda disappointed though the taste is still great

i've been here more than 10 times now and i think this is a good time to write a review for them.

ambiance : the ambiance is nice and simple, pretty much basic nothing fancy, good choice of furniture and the step up seating space is a nice addition.

menu choice and price : the menu has decent amount of variety but most of the time you will some items unavailable or partially available. in my experience the garlic loaf is mostly unavailable and i've a couple of burger options too are unavailable. price i won't say it's affordable no not at all! the menu is priced on a higher side. cafe mocha is priced around rs.130 and barista which is a well established brand charges the same so you do the math. during my recent visit i got to know that they are not getting supplies for water bottles hence stopped serving them on the table and you have to use a common water dispenser to have a glass of drinking water. but they do give you the same bottle if you pay for it. we will only get to know this in near future whether there was really a short supply or this was an excuse to cut down cost.

food : the quality of food is undoubtedly the best in town. though i really did not like a few of the items on the menu. the best which i have tried are stuffed omlette, veg sandwich, paneer sandwich, paneer burger (it's very crisp) and mix saucepastaand cheesy fries were okay (can be improved). what i didn't like was shakshuka, felt like an india tomatoes gravy with lots of garam masala in it. it should be mellowed down to balance the sour flavour of tomatoes and better to go with eggs along. pizza was another let down as the quality of the base was not good, it was stiff and dry, neither thin crust nor fluffy like bread. i personally did not like the bibimbap bowl there was no sauce added to it as such. just tasted like combination of salted blanched sauted vegetables with boiled noodles. i will only recommend to try there toasties if they have the garlic loaf available.

service : this is the point which i felt is the most negative one. anything you order you will get it in approximately 30 minutes. yes! 30 minutes which is really slow so if you order something and want to order again it will take another 30 minutes. i've seen people walking out due to this and i've walked out myself a couple of times. the problem is if the orders are not processed fast enough people will end up sitting with their plates empty. even takeaway takes approximately 30 minutes.

very hygienic and eco friendly packaging, the sandwich was absolutely perfect andpastawas delicious. high recommendation to try the dishes here. very happy! 😍

simply love the ambiance, the coffee and the food especially primaverapastaand hummus platter. loved it! their staff is courteous and humble. the location is good and easily reachable. with easy parking facility available.they do take care of covid guidelines and have their cafe sanitised properly. must visit place in ajmer!!

your cheese sandwich is just cheese baked with bread. cheese and bread don't make a sandwich, they make a base for the sandwich (if it is a cheese sandwich, of course)
does aglio oliopastaonly contain garlic, oil andpasta? no vegetables, no cheese?
does chole ki sabji only contain chole? no tomato gravy, no garlic, no onion?
then what is this scam of cheese sandwich? what are you charging inr 258 /- for? at home, anybody who doesn't even know cooking can make this thing of yours in less than inr 10/- (per pair of grilled bread with cheese cost).
i request you to please improve this dish of yours. i have ordered before also from your restaurant and have given good reviews for good food.

fabulous food and very nice packaging by alchemist cafe. thepastaand sandwiches are worth trying.

the special cheese french fries were amazing. it came dressed in white sauce with olives and other toppings. it tasted really good. the grilled panner sandwich was also tasty. must try. veg cheese was good. bruschetta and alfredopastawas okayish.
service was fast. the only issue is for every order you have to go to counter and order.
