thedeliverywas too late and i have received an order that is different that whatever was described. for 40 aed you are supposed to get almost 1/2 kg of grills, not tiny pieces like shown in the picture

we ordered mix grill ,the taste is delicious ,quality is good and just bit delay indeliverybut they call me and appologized.

full grilled chicken was good but bit salty and lamb chops was tasty but portion was less. need bit more improvement on batter and portions. in regards todeliverythey took more time like arround 2hrs. other than that the dish was okay.

food delivered in 1 hour and 50 minutes. the distance was a mere 2km!!!!

zomato customer service was utterly useless. no body could contact the restaurant and update me. when i called the restaurant, they said its on the way. half hour later still on the way.

i don't understand why zomato charges 5dh extra fordeliverywhen it's the restaurant's owndeliveryman.
total rip off.

absolutely horribledeliveryservice. twice i have faced the exact same problem with this restaurant. they do. ot provide the correct time frame, and every 15 minutes, will tell you the order will be received in the next 15 minutes. it ll end up being more than hour before you actually receive your food.

got adeliveryfrom zaki grills. it was on time and packaged well. i enjoyed the meal box as it had everything. kebabs, fries, picked, and hummus.

it’s truly said that, you need to try to believe … it goes well with a simple restaurant in al nahda sharjah, @alzakirestaurant … … it had got falafil, shawarma, grills , arabic salads , hummus & what not … recently i got their delicious fooddeliveryat my home.
they delivered the food with complete safety & precautions.
so, coming back to food, they sent the nutty hummus & fresh & crunchy fatoush. the perfect levantine pre starters. both are my favorite & i must say they were really delicious.


from their falafil shawarma & more section, they send the authentic falafil & a shareable platter of shawarma accompanied with the pickles, salads, garlic dip & fee more dips. i was seriously craving for falafil & shawarma in this lockdown… & both were beyond my expectations .. loved them & would really like to have them again.


they also send us food from their grills section… there was charcoal chicken & a mixed platter of grills which comprises of mutton & chicken seekh kabab, mutton chops, chicken tikka & mutton cubes too. all the grills were done perfectly … & were well complemented along with hummus, pickles & some dips.


really a recommendable place to order food online. thanks a lot for the delicious treat. i thoroughly enjoyed it with my family. .

i've been spamming my orders on this restaurant for months. their food quality really is amazing, specially beef charcoaled burger and arabic shawarma meal. their garlic sauce is superb.deliveryis okay - i wouldn't die if i waited a bit because the food is worth the wait.

ordered the charcoal grill chicken and chicken liver ondeliveryand i would rate it just above average. though the chicken was well cooked, i would say the marination was not done well as the chicken felt dry from inside. the chicken liver was good and well cooked and pita breads delivered was fresh. overall not a bad experience.. will surely try again.. pocket friendly..deliverywas by their rider and was on time as promised..

overall i'm rating it 3 because the main thing.. food could have been better.. sorry did'nt took any pictures to update.. next time..

in matters of food taste i would give it 4, delicious food and the quantity of falafel given was also amazing..but in matters ofdeliverytiming or time taken to get the food if u r at the restaurant also is unbeleivable i would give -5 if that was an option...i had to wait at the restaurant for 30 mins to get 5 shawarmas....restaurant has potential to become an amazing attraction if they can do somthing about their service time
