me & my colleague were in ajman for a meeting in etisalat.
we were recommended by etisalat security to try food.

weorderedchicken shingwari kadai, chicken biryani, naan & roti.

food was so delicious, i locked a memory to write review once i reach home.

must recommended and deserve praise.

so sad, iorderedand requested for a not spicy butterchicken and i was wondering why it's color white. i still consider the white color of it and hoping it will give me the same taste like how i'm expecting it to be. it's a total disappointment! there's no consistency in your product. it's such a bad experience, they should have care to call me that i will be receiving a different kind of butterchicken as per my request. the customer can understand and appreciate it more. thank you so much, this will be my last transaction with you.

roghni naan and lassi
the nihari was served without any toppings i asked him to bring it but he did not understand the roghni naan was late so they served plain naan
lassi was very average .
nihari also average not fresh even naan.
taste was also average .
service needs lot of improvement

if i had an option for rating in negative i would definitely do. my overall experience with this restaurant was always not so good till today where they have proved to be unprofessional to core. iorderedfood from this restaurant today at 6:10 pm thihinking that they will be able to deliver at 7:00 pm which was the expected delivery time. till 7:10 pm i was waiting for my order which made me contact the zomato team for any update. the zomato team called this restaurant who confirmed that my order in on the way and will bw delivered in next 15 mins. i waited and after lapse of 15 mins i again informed zomato team that food is not delivered, again they contacted the unprofessional staff of this place this went on till 7:50 p.m.

the order that i made was 5 tandori roti. can you believe a restaurant delivering 5 tandori roti after 2 hours and this is not the first time, i had my bad experience with them couple of times before but my fault that still i gave this restaurant 2nd chances.

to zomato team, do you have any treshold w.r.t restaurant performance and to keep them on board on ur app. this not only ruin the restaurant reputation but also shows that zomato is keeping a deaf ear on such restaurant . i guess this was my last experience with this restaurant and hope zomato team take a strict action else if you still see them on zomato app, it will prove that zomato also does not care about customer.

iorderedmutton biriyani but restaurant provide me chicken why0?

first time tried out them and didnot regret it weorderedthe afghani mutton pulao at aed 20 and the mutton paya at aed 13. we loved both the item. quantity wise also they are good. taste wise also yumm. we askes them to cook fhe mutton well and its perfectly cooked as we like it. they provide raita also.

this was indeed a much awaited visit to this place after reading sooo many reviews of sbl sisters....
the ambiance is really beautiful...depicting the culture of multan... and soft music being played. considering this weather and soft light in the family dining area....is a perfect setting😍😍 i must say the food was literally worth eating...it was sooo delicious... weorderedchicken kunna and multani murgh makhni handi.. kunna had good flavorful spices..and tender chicken...it was yumm...and murgh handi was creamy white gravy with boneless chicken pieces with a wonderful aroma of butter in it...we got hot naans and kulchas...

the plan was - to see the restaurant like ambience & all and then decide whether to eat or skip 😂
well, location is fine, not difficult to find but deco work is wow!! people from southern part of punjab (pk) or who have visited there will love it for sure.. enough seating arrangement & very well managed + clean... weorderedbalochi karahi & daal makhni with roghni + garlic naans... balochi karahi was different than what i was expecting.. the guy explained that its different in karachi but we cooked differently.. he said some good words about karachi & khi food which made us happy & we started eating 😂😂
very tasty & we couldn't stop, once started..
just a suggestion: please keep the salad wrapped as it wasn't fresh & the only thing i didn't like was gulaab jamun... need some improvement... rest all perfect & recommended to visit if u wanna enjoy desi food!! 👌

iorderedmutton balochi kharai .but thy deliver chicken kharai when i call this restaurant and tell him thats not my order the lady how ans my call she told me we send you mutton kharai .this is not chicken. she is not listening to me .aspr her that chicken khari is mutton kharai.thats tha worst experience i had with multan restaurant

💈 they all tasted great 😊 but the best dish was the kunna and the kheer 👌

we hadorderedkeema and chana with parathas ,and they delivered two boxes of watery yellow daal which after long waiting they replaced with our order but food was just below average with too much of salt in chana.so for me it was not a veey good experience.it was the first time iorderedfrom them.

well we tried the restaurant home delivery. food was not great at all, dal mash was not at all good, unlike other pakistani restaurants nearby.
we aswellorderedchicken biryani, chicken peshawari karai & shami kebab. nothing tasted good that will repeat the order.

iorderednan chana and halwa poori firstly iorderedsmall chana they sent and charged for the big one then the chana salan is so dry and seems like we are eating chanas in qorma.. very very bad experience

the worst experience with a restaurant in online delivery.

i hadorderedat 9.50 for some breakfast items. the app showed 50 minutes for the delivery.

i called up at 10.20 about the status of the order. the lady mentioned that the delivery guy is due to leave then.

i got a call from the restaurant at around 10.45 which due to being on shower, i could not receive. immediately i called them back. a man called up and asked for my location and said you will get it by 11.15.

even a representative from zomato reassured me about the timing. now at 12.40, i receive another call saying one of their items was only sold on mondays. i told her you took 2 hours to reveal this to me.

she was accusing me for not picking up the call. i told her what happened when i called back. she said she was not available so the other person received it and he did not know about my order.

disgraceful behaviour towards me and unapologetic about the whole scenario. she hung up simply saying your amount will be refunded.

breakfast on a friday, the whole family was kept waiting and still by noon nothing was done about it.
