if i had an option for rating in negative i would definitely do. my overall experience with this restaurant was always not so good till today where they have proved to be unprofessional to core. iorderedfood from this restaurant today at 6:10 pm thihinking that they will be able to deliver at 7:00 pm which was the expected delivery time. till 7:10 pm i was waiting for my order which made me contact the zomato team for any update. the zomato team called this restaurant who confirmed that my order in on the way and will bw delivered in next 15 mins. i waited and after lapse of 15 mins i again informed zomato team that food is not delivered, again they contacted the unprofessional staff of this place this went on till 7:50 p.m.
the order that i made was 5 tandori roti. can you believe a restaurant delivering 5 tandori roti after 2 hours and this is not the first time, i had my bad experience with them couple of times before but my fault that still i gave this restaurant 2nd chances.
to zomato team, do you have any treshold w.r.t restaurant performance and to keep them on board on ur app. this not only ruin the restaurant reputation but also shows that zomato is keeping a deaf ear on such restaurant . i guess this was my last experience with this restaurant and hope zomato team take a strict action else if you still see them on zomato app, it will prove that zomato also does not care about customer.
