hummus is awful i waste 111 dhm for dinner this is my last time ordering from here

food was testing very bad like old expired soup and the smell of was not pleasant at all

i tried their chicken and meat shawarma. both turned out to be really good. the meat shawarma took me back to my childhood days when i first fell in love with meat shawarma. reasonable pricing with fast and clean service.

food is great..fresh and tasty. hummus is good quality. value for money..

taste is good but no garlic sauce for the meat. they delivered fast

worst chef special arayes. burnt and black. won't order with this restaurant again. it seems they don't care about bad reviews. how can they even send such food??

food is properly packed and clean, very generous extras to the main dish... will definitely order again

visited this place during evening hours ordered for their chicken saj shawarma it was freshly prepared and served to me within 5 mins of time the sandwich was decent

visited recently with family and friends. food taste is average . only improvement happened from last visit is increased waiting time and over pricing. otherwise it is ok

i usually do not like giving places i eat as 1 star for the hard work put in by the staff, but this place deserves a 1 star or even lesser than that.

we ordered the following - cheese manakish / chicken shawarma / felafil / zaatar manakish / cheese and egg manakish 

we did an online transaction from this restaurant, upon accepting the order and 10 minutes later, i received a call stating that they do not have cheese manakish and could they replace that with felafil sandwich.

upon some other confusions and conversation, they stated that they now have cheese manakish and now they do not have felafil sandwich and they would replace it with chicken shawarma (the only reason we ordered felafil was that one of my family member is pure veg and wanted felafil. 

upon being irritated by the fact that i wanted veg sandwich or felafil, the other person on the phone, kept / hung the phone on my face saying ok .. i give sandwich!!!! 

i kept getting missed calls from an unknown number constantly, and upon calling back, the person mentioned he was calling from karam al iraqi and why am i not calling him back rudely!!!

it is not my business to call anyone. it is the responsibility of the restaurant and its staff to call me, when they are charging us money for food and services.

the person did not read the instructions on the delivery address and again gave me a missed call, only to find out that they need gps location through whatsapp.

to cut it short, the food was delivered late and not as per time.

the food taste and quality was not great and we received it cold. not worth the money paid.

the cheese manakish was dry and lacked any sort of cheese on it at all.

the chicken shawarma was a little more thicken than a pencil and was so dry again. one could only see potato fries in it and less of chicken.

the egg and cheese manakish was again lacking cheese and was too salty. not to forget that it was dry and hard to bite / chew.

the so called veg sandwich was iraqi samoon bread with lots pinch of lettuce and egg plant and again so dry and hard to chew / bite

would i visit / order from this place again ? no....never

visited this place today evening during dinner time and decided to have chickenshawarma small size which costed me dhs 5.25 only which is pocket friendly . staff people were quick in their service as the shawarma arrived within 5 mins of time , it was served hot , it was delicious not bad at all .

wanted to try out some arabic grills and came across this rest. they staff are friendly and gave us a good deal on the take away order as we had to buy for 6 adults. we ended up ordering 1 kg kabab plate and a chicken tikka plate and it turned out not worth the money spent for it. it tastes average and the hummus which we had to buy in addition as the quantity was less which was provided. the arabic bread was also was not freshly made either. so overall just half a star if possible

ordered dolma, taste doesnt match the price tag. service is terrible. dont recommend at all.

apart from food, staff are quite unpleasant. overpriced food that doesnt taste good and the cherry on top is the staffs attitude. terrible experience.
