voted top ethnic foodtruckin columbus at least three years in a row ajumama has earned the award.  serving korean style street food this is no street meat food truck.  a signature item is the bulgogi cheesesteak a wonder mix of flavorful beef and vegetables with a nod to "philly" with "beefsteak" style cheese pouring on top.

not a fan. found the foodtruckon streetfoodfinder.com and decided to try it out. i asked the girl working there which entree was her favorite between a pork belly dish and the philly cheesesteak. she gave me a dumb round about answer (not really answering the question). i decided to go with the cheesesteak. worse decision! it was a soggy bun packed with ginger beef, big raw slices of veggies, then coated in gas station cheese. you know the nuclear orange kind? yes, that's the cheese that was slathered all over it. i spent $8 (not including tip) so i tried to force myself to eat it. but it was just too bad and i had to throw it away, wasting my money. not a happy camper!

heck yes. the pajeon is where its at. i usually get it with pork or bacon, and i always am craving it. i mean almost every day.
i would describe it like a savory "pancake" with bean sprouts, tempeh (or edamame) green onion, delicious spices and a soy based dipping sauce for your taste buds delight. be sure to get those slices of takuan on the side!
not to mention laura is one of my favorite foodtruckowners!

i grew-up eating korean food, so i was really excited about this food truck, but it left me disappointed. the menu was so hard to read, i know my way around korean food but the menu on the side of thetruckmade little sense. the service was lacking... badly! i was so sad to find out that kimchi wasn't served with the entrees. when i asked for some, i was charged $3, and given about 3 tablespoons of kimchi. the entree prices were rather high as well, $9-$12 for very small portions. the flavors of the food were bland!!! not what i expect from korean food.
