this rooftop place near navale bridge, sinhagad road has an amazing ambiance. highly recommend this for a dinner date or late evening meet-up. the cocktails were refreshing and the starters complemented them well. the portions are good for the pricing as well. we also tried veg and nonveg pizzas and pastas. the veg pizza was a little plain for mytastebut nonveg was good. cheese was used generously in both. the biryani was very flavorful as well. overall an excellent experience. we loved the beautiful graffiti, the blue white decor and overall vibe.

the only rooftop in the area with beautiful view of pune - bangalore highway.

ambience - it has got lovely ambience with comfortable seating. it also has dazzling bar counter. their walls are beautifully painted with graffiti

service - service is good and quick. only place in the area that serve sheesha. they also have live band performances.

food -
1) murg jardalu - a medium spicy main course preparation with a marination of onion and tomato sauce. it was tasty.

2) surmai tawa - fish was large size, fresh and juicy. it was spicy and marinated in in indian spices and in red color.tastewas good. go for it.

3) veg seekh kebab - vegetarian starter which was medium spicy. it was good intasteand juicy.

4) pinacolada - very refreshing mocktail and good to taste.

5) strawberry daiquiri - its a barcadi based cocktail with strawberry syrup mixed with lime and sugar juice. it was flavourful and refreshing.

it really had good vibe and good experience. sheesha is the highlight of the place

rooftop restaurants with shishas have been my favourite kind of hangout places since  a very long time and i am glad to say that i have one more place to add to that list - air.o.rooftop.

beautiful ambience, amazing graffiti,  very welcoming seating area, live music with a beautiful view of setting sun, this place automatically becomes a perfect place to hang out with your gang.

i did try quiet a few cocktails here, but in my opinion you could probably stick to the basic drinks here, as none of them really impressed me. even then, if i have to recommend any it would be  pinacolada and after glow.

let me suggest some of the appetizers that would go perfectly with your hookah -
prawns tandoori : medium spicy and well cooked.
surmai tawa : this one was my personal favourite here. i love spicy appetizers and this one just had the right amount of spice and tangy flavours.
murg monaco kebab : and for the ones who would prefer chicken. this is the best option.

and in the main course i tried :
veg kasturi - i would highly recommend  this to all the vegetarians.  a perfect blend of mixed vegetables, cooked into a flavorful curry and is extremely delicious.

murg jardalu & murg sailani : both the dishes cooked in onion & tomato paste based curries.tastealmost similar, just the first spicer that the other.

chicken biryani :  its one of the places that can serve  a perfect biryani. if you want to avoid and trial & errors, dig straight to the biryani here. it's just perfect.

overall i would visit  the place for its 3 a's :  ambiance, appetizers & atmosphere.

the veggie souls of mickey👨‍🏭 and elsa🧚‍♀️ happily ventured on the #cheese moti kabab #palak corn seekh kabab and the #paneer thecha kabab. moshezz found the palak corn seekh a little dried out but the cheese moti cheesed her up for the awaited finer delights of the evening.

alladin🧔 was enjoying his tikkas and berry delights and pluto 👮busy taking a few nice shots of the memorable evening as moonlite and the evening breeze pleasured up the senses...

the hookahs🥢 walked in royally to heady up the evening under the stars and the flavourful demeanour of them steadied up the conversations. laughter😁 love🥰 camaraderie😇 flowed like rain on the savannahs and air -o warmed up the souls with cherished moments of good food and good mood... in unison.... 🤗

life paced up in 5th gear🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ as the happy to please service staff 👯‍♂️👫served the main course with happy smiles... yesss .. moshezz believes good food is only n only n only complimented well at a eatery when the impeccable service with happy smiles serves you... n she boastfully heralds that the staff were just perfect... the owner ajinkya ghore and his lovely better half arti left no tables unturned to give the guest a happy and delightful rejoiced experience.

the mains were served... an entire plethora of dainty delightful delicious 🍴🥗🥘🍝🍜🍱🍛🍢 food served with piping hot rotis and naan and jeera rice .

#murgh baghdadi.... 🍗🍗🥘🥘-moshezz hasn't been to bagdhdad but can only say that this was a sultani delight.... royalty served well and good in glorious ways... chicken cooked in a fine paste of fine nuts giving it a utterly butterly nutty flavour... the gravy was thick and yet not very heavy for the apetite and the chicken soaked in the masalas and shined through it well and good.

#mutton rogan josh🍖🍖 -a rogan josh gone a little hayway... not the usualtastebut tad bit different and moshezz just had a spoonful and gave a feedback which was well taken and promised to be delivered the best next time. that's impressive.. isn't it... when they listen u out n are ever ready to work out the best 👍💯

moshezz missed out on the desserts🍩🍮🍬🍭 as atrangi 🐶was waiting for her to join him for a late night coffee and she took farewell from her friends and promised to come back for another youthful fiesty bold n beautiful evening under the stars🏡🌠🌆🌆 at air -o.... the view from the rooftop🌌 enchants you and the food🥗🥘 uplifts your mood and the service delights you... 🙋👩‍🏭

new place alert…… sinhagad road….sinhagad people!!

air o a rooftop restaurant at deccan pavilion, near navle bridge,sinhagad road, a very busy hub. i was invited for a sundowner!

as i walked in, i felt the good vibes, airy as my hair lifted up, and peaceful ( despite a noisy main road)
the seating was spaced out, seats extremely comfortable and the staff attentive. i sank into my seat and began to relax. i saw a bar in a corner and a music system besides it, rest were rows of tables and chairs all aligned.

we were served some mocktails and cocktails .

#blue_margarita: ladies drink a bit sweet yet pleasant .
#bubble_gum _vodka : potent and pleasurable
#blue_berry_delight : mocktail with fruit juice extremely tasty!

we were also served many however these are the ones i liked.

#starters. ::

#chicken_gulabo_kebab : soft tender and medium spiced .. a winner!!

#chicken_monaco : flavourful and very juicy. recommend

#surmai_shallow_fry : surmai piece mas coated with masala. spicy with south indian taste.highly recommend

#surmai_tawa_fry : show stopper! delectable and finger licking . salad was different .it was cabbage chopped and tadka in coconut oil differ but highly recommended

#baby_corn_chilly : mild chinese flavours was delicious as it was thinly sliced and coated well with the sauces. greattaste.

#palak_corn_kebab :tastewas good would have preferred a spicy version.

#main_course ::

#paneer_mussallam : soft tender pieces of paneer and a super rich gravy! recommend

#banjara_sabji : stole my heart..excellent play of various vegetables with a delectable gravy. perfecto!!

#dal_makhani : creamy however bit runny and flavour could have been smoky!

#chicken_bagdadi : an amazing preparation with dry fruit.tasten flavour were just perfect!

#mutton_rogan_ghost : can’t go wrong with this one. mutton was tender and fell off the bone easily.mild spiced and recommend!
roti, naan, jeera rice all good!

#sheesha : many flavours of hukka are available green apple and sambucha were too good! one must visit for hakka !

what stands out is : parking available, all hygiene measures taken care of, plenty of enthusiastic servers and open air. great vibes with great good at reasonable prices.

recently visited to the air o , a newly opened rooftop lounge is located near to the vadhgon,pune.

been the obest place in pune to witness it's beautiful sunset and vibes with some experimental cocktail/ mocktails to cherish with some one to spend some good top, the view from the top os crazy! the ambience is pretty cool with cozy and comfortable seating arrangements!!

at the earliest moment, we were served by some mesmerizing mocktail along with the appetizers!

1:- coco choco : a chocolate based milkshake was good to begin with some sweet and refreshing , it was topped up with crushed white chocolate and black grated chocolate, it was a balancetasteof bitter and sweeteness

2- afterglow : afterglow is chill and refreshing mocktail, flavor was very amazing with the mixture of pineapple and lemon.


3- chicken kesari kabab : chicken kesari kabab was nicely cooked with its mesmerizing flavaours served along with green chutney.

3- veg biriyani : veg biryani was the best with its mind blowingtasteand the flavours in it made my cravings high for it. the aroma of it was so pleasant... it made my day

and ended up with gulab jamun with vanilla icecream:-
a perfect combination of both gulab jamun and ice cream to end up with a sweet tooth!! as the gulab jamun was too soft and spongy to have it!!

overall!! a great place to dine in with good food and good vibes

air 0, a newly opened rooftop restaurant which gives you eye-catching view of surrounding..

the ambience is quite yet simple to spend some good time along with your family, friends over a couple of drinks.

so we began with some refreshing mocktails along with appetizers such as:-

strawberry milk shake:- an ice-cream based strawberry milkshake was so refreshing in its flavour was good to begin.

beyond the sea:- another's refreshing mocktails from air 0, a mixture of freshly pineapple, lemon and mint leaves was very much refreshing to drink...

veg lemon coriander soup:- a perfect soup with its immense flavours on tangyness, highly recommended

veg crispy:- a perfect combination of crisp and spicy of the veggies tossed all together was the strongtasteof garlic in it was was a delicacy to have it.

in the mains, we opted for biryani a traditional indian recipe nailed to perfection by chef out here. the aroma andtastewere just immaculately done along with the mix of spices served along with raita and papad.

highway walli chicken handi:- it was a lipsmacking gravy with its tremendoustasteof well marinated chicken and spices along with it. it was just satisfying with its lipsmackingtastewhich was accompanied with a cheese garlic naan!

and we finished it off with sweet dessert such as gulab jamun with vanilla icecream.

staff was on the feet to serve us. service was very quick and the staff was polite to suggest the dish accordingly to our taste


it was a great experience at air o, will visit soon...

air o is a newly opened rooftop restaurant at sinhagad road near navle bridge . a perfect place to chillax and experience the lovely vibes during a sundowner while grooving to some good music. the place serves sheesha which you can enjoy while sipping some kickass cocktails !not just this but the food is also worth relishing.
sheeshas ,cocktails & starters –
double apple and sambuca are two good flavours incase you are visiting the place for hukka!
if you fancy a cocktail you can go for a bubble gum vodka or blue margarita .if you prefer whiskey , their whiskey sour is also a good pick.
for teetotalers berry delight is a pretty refreshing mocktail!
in seafood , i’d specially like to mention the surmai tawa fry and surmai shallow fry which they had served. excellently done !they were totally scrumptious and something that one must not miss.
for those who prefer chicken they had these amazing chicken monaco and chicken gulabo kebabs . chicken peices marinated in medium spicy and flavourful masalas that absolutely please yourtastebuds.
vegetarians can go for paneer thecha kebabs or incase you are craving for chinese ,baby corn chilly.
in the mains –
paneer mussallam and banjara sabzi were too good . inspite of being a hardcore non vegetarian i can vouch for these.
in non veg we tried the super delicious chicken baghdadi . incase you prefer red meat , you can go for their mutton roganjosh.
the main course was relished with rotis and jeera rice.
desserts –
it ended with a good sizzling brownie and gulabjamun with ice cream. :p
the place is a must visit and as far as i know the only rooftop place serving sheesha in that part of the city .that too with good food and drinks. as already mentioned , the vibes are mindblowing and the ambience is lovely! :)
