even after saying to remove the service charge they force me to pay it, also they didn't respond to me when i tried to order the food. service is pathetic

my experience here was really worst. the food has no flavour and everything is priced very high. we asked for normal glass of water and waiter brought us iced water. when we asked him for room temp water he just removed ice cubes from the glass and brought us the same glass.

good place if you are a bollywood music fan. good food and service.
would definitely recommend a separate smoking zone. gets suffocating.

mr. santosh has been extremely courteous in taking good care of us. we had a great night with all girls and he ensured we had a spent our time well :) a great host on a saturday night

loved this place, great ambience and absolutely stunning sunset view from the huge windows. food was good but there was a lot of scope for improvement. i'd definitely recommend visiting, and would go again!

they say 50 % off on everything but while ordering they mentioned it is not applicable on platters. waiting time between different items was more. they are even asking for tips despite adding service charges.

one of the worst experience. literally was yawning with the kind of performance that was going on. bad song selection,bad singer with no disrespect, bad food.
ambience and service was okayish.
all over, first time but definitely the last time. never recommending this place to anyone.

the live band of arun gattu and anup live dhol has really lost its charm. the singing is baaaaad. when i had first visited air live, he was playing here. this was way back in august, 2021. but now in feb, it's sooo sooo baad. his singing has degraded so much. we had to leave within half an hour. absolutely a mood spoiler.

cheat cheat cheat. this place is a cheat. couples please beware. air live cheat you with cover charge and then later don't hove table or accept zomato pro. they took cash more than the bill and did not return the change. they just looted our money for nothing. shittiest experience ever.
