had the worst experience at this place. was here for the second time in years and regretted it instantly. i could remember why i decided never to visit this place ever. ambience and the seating is bad. the staff is rude, lazy and inefficient. they have no respect for their customers. these guys cannot handle an event. looks like the bouncers are paid to be rude and look elsewhere when somebody is talking to you. i saw them doing this with every person.
we asked the bill soon so that we could leave early before all the usual closing-time drama starts. our bill was given to us after 30 mins upon requesting again and again. one of the starters we ordered was given to us an hour after ordering. i would have understood if it was something else but it was nachos. you can understand how it would have been for everything else.

i just called a minute ago asking to come down for lunch and asked if there is anything special for valentine's day and the response was you can come down directly. when i asked is there any happy hours kind of a thing the response was "we are giving 50 percent discount what more you want?" if you are not happy taking calls from customers stick to your job! but this is no way to speak to someone who is interested in coming to your lounge. also if in times of covid you still haven't understood the importance of being humble then i feel sorry for you!
