its a pity the level of service is no longer what it use to be.
staff need better training.
you dine in and they bring you coffee in a paper cup instead of real cups.
they bring you dessert before the main dish...
the food no longer tastes the same, its as if they replaced quality ingredients with cheaper ingredients.

the quality & selection ofbreadsis no longer what it was.
its really a pity i use to come here multiple times a week. now i will not be coming back anymore.

great selection ofbreadsand pastries.
my personal favorite is cinnamon croissant.flacky layer of the croissant which makes difference between them and other bakeries
their carrot cake is also pretty good more on heavy side

this is the place to be when you need good qualitybreadsand pastries, as well as coffee to start out your day. the lamington, chocolate cake, and pain au chocolat are so good with hot chocolate on a rainy day. the sandwiches are great too. service is very good.

simply one of the best cafe/bakery in the city.  this is the place you can bring your foodie friends from manila and let them at a place that can rival the best in makati or taguig. delicious baked goodies are sold at reasonable prices and the vibe of the place is just awesome. if you want to get discounted prices for theirbreadsand pastries, you may come before closing time at any of their branches.

the crossroads
abaca baking company is a quaint cafe located at crossroads mall, banilad, cebu city. we had a bit of trouble finding this place because crossroads is a bit small and most of the people we asked were not familiar with the place so i suggest you take a cab and tell the driver it's in gov. m. cuenco ave. across nfa-cebu.

i love the interior of the cafe. it's ambiance gives you a very comfy, homey feel. we ordered their waffles with caramelized banana and pecan (so good!), and the skillet breakfast composed of bacon, sausage, beans, eggs, potatoes, tomatoes and two slices of bread. the food is good for sharing, delicious and filling. and the coffee is so good i can't stop raving about it! i ordered their signature abc coffee (which is not on the menu) and it's one of the best coffee i've had.

tip: visit abaca when it's near closing time (we were there at around 8:30pm because they close at 10pm) to scorebreadsand pastries at a discounted price.

my mom loves bread, and so we get accustomed to it, and learned to love it too. we were blissful to have known that there is this new bread shop in the metropolis, the abaca baking company.

i am loving the taste of thebreadsthat we purchased.

sophisticated and meticulously prepared pastry andbreadsare in abc. along with a variety of baked goods, they also offer full course meals. bakery burger is a must try coming from the frequent customers. their various espresso drinks come in hot an iced. the servers are very attentive and the fast internet is a big plus point. go abc!
