aangan horizon

we used to have awesome experience eating at aangan. so, we blindly went here to try. we hadorderedmojito, honey seseme mushrooms and chicken lollipop. the mushrooms were hard burnt and dipped in excess soy sauce which made it terrible. it's better i not say about the chicken. it was smelling. it was tasteless and a chinese recipe like that of chicken lollipop had tomatoes and coriander leaves. god help the people who go here with high expectations. only the mojito was worth the money.
i had my worst food in the past years.

full marks for the service and ambience. for a fine wine and dine experience, this is still a front runner in patia. yesterday was my third visit to this place. only issue i found out was the food quality is deteriorating, compared to earlier visits. weorderedsweetcorn soup, which was sweetened with sugar (and not the typical taste of sweet corn), lollypop (chicken piece were thin), malai kebab, lat me kai, fish finger and hunan prawn were good, though not wow. mutton rogan josh was tasty but mutton pieces were hard to chew and not tender at all. my previous visits to this place were satisfactory. overall, a good place for dine and wine!

horrible experience of my life! waste of money.
staff was so rude , they don't know how to talk and behave with their customers. talked abusive.
iordered3 curries and gravy for all the curries we're same no difference at all.
they argued for each and every thing.. they will not replace things.
such a horrible experience.
please do not go there if you don't want to be disappointed.
you can buy some good food in less money which is served by good people.

a very nice place for dining. they have everything starting from food to ambience. a very creative place. the sitting arrangement is really nice, they have couch, normal chairs and hanging chair.orderednoodles, manchurian and pina colada. everything was good.
highly recommended.

good place with nice ambience for family and friends gathering.food is priced a bit on higher side.orderedchicken man chow soup,chicken 65,chicken tikka masala,chicken biryani , blue heaven and virgin mojito.but for all the food the quantity is extremely less.chicken tikka masala had just 4 small pieces and chicken biryani was so less wont be even enough for a kid. this is probably the least quantity i have ever received in any restaurant. the food taste is good but the quantity is so less for the price that it hurts.

the place is on the nandankanan highway like the name suggests. visited this place yesterday, hadorderedbiriyani, chilli chicken, chicken kassa, mixed raita, nan. the food tasted bland. the chicken kassa was ok, chilli chicken not so good, biriyani had only perfume and no taste at all, in fact the 2nd time the biriyani was served, it was cold as well and was not made warm properly. the raita was chilled(as in from freezer chilled) to my surprise the biriyani raita and the extra mix raita iorderedwas the same chilled raita in a different container. the quantity of food is extremely less. price is also a bit on the higher side in comparison to food quality and quantity(one of them has to be good to justify the price). when i confronted the person behind the counter about the food quantity and quality he said after corona we have decreased the quantity of food. i mean that is no excuse to be given. the service was not so good either considering there were less no of people. all in all a bad experience and would avoid this place in furure for sure.

found this place on zomato and loved the ambience. the amazing reviews were enough for me to finalize this restaurant for my date night. i had asked them for a candle light dinner, but it wasn't arranged by the time i reached there. and as none of us was ever used to this fancy concept, so we were fine! the place was dimly lit and was scarcely populated which added to the vibe! coming to the services, the staff was really courteous and we were served food within the normal waiting time.. and the food was amazingly delicious! we hadorderedchicken lollipop and tandoori chicken for starters and both were yummm! also the main course was amazing too..
i would highly recommend to try this place out if you're in bhubaneswar. i had visited the restaurant 3 yrs back and its so good to see that they have maintained their standards and the rating is maintained as well!

went for a friends birthday celebration. food was great.ordereda few drinks, ofcourse using the zomato gold! it was an overall great experience!

i'm so in love with this place..starting with the seating arrangement.the space is huge..they have both indoor and outdoor seating..seating area is beautiful.they have nice,cozy and classy ambience. i really loved how they used unique furnitures. coming to the menu part , i think they don't offer much.. variety was less compared to their reputation in the market.they should really increase the variety. now talking about the food , we hadorderedchicken lollypop in the starter , butter naan ,plain naan and masala khulcha and hunan chicken in chinese & chicken hyderabadi in indian. i really loved the hunan chicken and chicken lollypop. naan was a bit chewy by it was okay. chicken hyderabadi was a bit pale. i didn't find it very tasty. they need to improve butter naan and chicken hyderabadi. now coming to the servicing part. servicing was a bit slow.they made us wait almost 30-35 minutes for our main course but the waiters were very polite and very professional. they offer wide range of drinks too. so if you are looking for a place with a classy ambience to drink ,then this is your place. they also have large group seating arrangements. so summing up everything :

it was amazing to be there with my cousin . we had absolute fun at a perfect place. staffs were very cooperative, as weorderedour last beer after the closing time still they managed to make us happy. a must go place.

the ambience is awesome.we went there for a office lunch party and overall we were not dissapointed with the food or the interior decoration.weorderedveg manchow soup(perfect taste), chicken lollylop(not so good), crackling fish(awesome) and hunan prawn(too spicy but the taste was good) and paneer tikka (good). in maincourse, weorderedchicken masala ,veg khazana and paneer hyderabadi, tandoori roti and masala kulcha. masala kulcha was full of butter,too thin and not much masala. other curries were ok.
overall, its a good place to have food with your family or friends.

this place has never disappointed me.the food here is too good.i hadorderednon-veg hakka noodles and chicken manchurian.they were pretty much on point.😍✌🏻

this place is quite pricey but offers good food. i liked the dim lit ambience of the place.
starting with the food, weorderedchicken lollypop for the starters which was not that impressive. the sauce was sweeter than usual. for the main course we tried chicken hyderabadi and murgh irani kebab masala with plain naan. i loved the irani kebab masala. it had a creamy texture to it and perfectly cooked chicken. this dish is a must try here. chicken hyderabadi and naan were also good.

i went to aangan for a party with office colleagues. weorderedmany veg and non-veg snacks along with main course. weorderedcracklings fish, barbecue fish, tandoori chicken, chicken lollipops, chicken biryani, paneer tikka, fried chicken, cheese balls, veg manchurian. the food was average but the place is mostly popular for hard drinks. but the staff took a lot of time in generating the bill.

had a worst experience today came with six friendsorderedchicken lollipop tandoori chicken as starter but delivered rotten chicken lollipop when told about this the manager gave a excuse and replaced with another item which was supposed to be delivered again came with our second order tandoori chicken which was simply disgusting and the manager even approved it was raw and was sorry for that.
