true to it's name! love this place!. i'm from nj and i usually have to go home to get pizza this good! my only gripe is that they're closed on sundays!

the first time i ordered from new york pizza, which was today, i was completely satisfied. the pizza was great!!! nothing like the authentic taste of italian food, straight from a new york pizza joint......yummy!!!!

new york pizza will be open sunday superbowl day!

to veryone that looks at this menu , this is not their real menu half of thing listed here are not on their menu. look at the picture of menu and that is the real menu or just give them a call and they will help you out with it .

really happy with this place. its not cheap--but worth every dollar. pizza tastes fresh and has plenty of flavor. i'll get three full meals out of a med. 1 top pizza. quick, friendly service.

huge slices.... huge slices of thin crust pizza.
i stopped in and ordered 2 slices of pepperoni/beef and when the food was brought to my table i realized 1 slice would of been plenty,so now i have a slice leftover for breakfast in the morning.
cheap prices and the pizza was really good.
lots of choices other than pizza,i will try a stromboli next time around.

really?!?. i've had ny pizza in nyc many times, and this is not it. the size is probably the only thing that is new york about it, but the taste was not big at all. true, the crust was crunchy on the outsize, but the sauce was devoid of any italian spices or flavoring outside of reconstituted tomato paste with a hint of sugar. cheese was not fresh mozzerella, and other toppings were okay at best. where are all the positive ratings coming from on this site, friends and family of the owners? better ny style pizza does exist in south charlotte and the surrounding areas - we have two favorites: one is located on park road, and the other is in whitehall commons.

the best ny style pizza in the qc. i'm originally from nj, and this place is hands down the best ny style pizza in charlotte. the natives here might prefer papa johns, but the yankee diaspora is lucky to have such great pizza in our backyard!

slices are huge, prices fair... dont forget to add an order of hot wings- cheap and suprisingly good for a pizza joint.

good stuff. better than most pizza i had in new york city. blame the bad ny city water. they take a bit of time to get your order to you. but you have to expect this for the handmade quality of the food. the strombollis are great.

dont waste your time. 2 hr ordeal...first time pizza was wrong..re-ordered then took 70 minutes to arrive 2nd time. how is a new york pizza shop be ran by a bunch of non english speaking dis respectful people is unreal..not even close to a ny pizza..you'd be better off going to a mexican joint . manager was disrespectful and had the gull to tell me atleast he's not charging me again for my pizza..i will make it a point to let everyone know to avoid this place and not to give business to these assholes

best in charlotte, and one of the finest anywhere!. new york pizza on south blvd. hand-makes a perfect pizza! i grew up in chicago, the home of deep dish pizza. later i lived in new jersey, where great new york style pizza is everywhere. well folks, right here in 'lil ole' charlotte is a fantastic new york style pizza restaurant! our large half cheese / half veg pizza was just as requested with the ideal crispy crust, super fresh ingredients and amongst the best i have had in a lifetime! enjoy it hot by dining in at this modest place and get ready for something special...

great service, good food, fast delivery!. i was looking for a local pizza place near my house and came across this blog. i called mistaking this place for the pizza place by my house. in speaking to the person on the phone i asked if they were located in the walmart parking lot. he said no and gave me the name of the place i was looking for. i asked if they deliver in my area. he stated they deliver withing a 5 mile radius of the place. i'm a chicago style pizza guy myself however i told him i would try their pizza based on the the blogs i had read, about there place. they were really nice and took the time to answer my questions. i ordered a medium pizza and a philly cheese stake. the pizza and cheese steak showed up piping hot! the driver had a cool italian accent and was very accommodating. the prices were very reasonable and the pizza looked like it just came out of the oven when it arrived. it was delicious, you have a new repeat customer ! bravo

lady sharon. i think you have the best pizza in the whole charlotte area.i have gottin a delivery from there before but never have i received a flyer to inform me that your even located in my area selling pizza.let the people know tha ny pizza is the bomb.
